Best is the part of the MediaTek processing unit powerful and supportive! |
The phone seems to be best to use, I like the MediaTek support with better power. |
Moto has been really great in offering some good specs in budget and that too with the support of Helio P22 processor paired with 4GB RAM. |
oscillation55:I really hope you're saying it in a positive way as this phone is a monster, powerful MediaTek processing unit and the phone is gaming-centric so the power of Helio G90T would at peak. |
xoftxoul:But the MediaTek processor used in Note 8 Pro is really great, it's Helio G90T which is being appraised globally. I would ask you to go for it once, you will really love it. |
The recently launched Camon 12 Pro looks almost identical to TECNO’s flagship Phantom 9. This would be the more compelling buy. If TECNO prices it right, it should be much cheaper than the Phantom 9. Tecno Camon 12 Pro is currently the highest variant among Tecno’s Camon series launched in September 2019. While the device is the direct successor of last year’s Camon 11 Pro, it also brings in the interesting in-display fingerprint scanner seen in the recent Phantom 9 by Tecno. But the 12 Pro borrows much more from the 9, than just in-display fingerprint. On the hardware department, the device is being powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 CPU, clocked at 2.0GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, a 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, expandable by using microSD card. There’s a triple rear-mounted camera setup of 16-megapixel main sensor, 8-megapixel Wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, coupled with a quad-LED flash. Upfront, Tecno made use of a single 32-megapixel sensor to cater for selfie needs, along with dual-LED flash. |
hilarioscity:Efficiency is measured when the processor offers you better performance without costing much. In this case, SD730 costs much higher than Helio P70. On the other hand, Helio P70 offered really great performance and doesn't even cost you much. Hence here MediaTek wins! |
olayinkajnr:Yes, MediaTek P70 is good in its own way, but you need to agree on the fact that MediaTek has come a long way and is performing really well on their part! |
The Motorola is coming up with a new great launch that would fit best to our budget. The phone is so amazing and is yet to be launched. We would be very keen and very soon in experiencing this phone in the market. The phone comes with 6.1-inches of IPS LCD display. Even the best thing about the phone is the MediaTek Helio P22 which is really great to offer better performance to the camera and many other phones. What do you guys think about this phone? and are you excited about this?

Tecno has been a great brand launching amazing phones for the budget-centric people. The recent launch of the Tecno i.e. Tecno Spark 4 is with MediaTek and is a phone with better features and a new improved entry in the budget section of smartphone Industry. The phone comes with 6.1-inches of the IPS LCD display with 720x1560 pixels of the high-resolution screen. The screen covers dew-drop notch carrying 13MP AI front camera. The rear of the phone is quite generic offering a set of dual camera comprising 13 + 2MP camera paired with dual LED flashlight. The phone has a fingerprint scanner in the middle of the back, gives a great look to the device. Being the best phone in the budget section the performance of the phone is based on the MediaTek Helio A22 paired with 3GB RAM. This offered a great fluency in the functioning of the phone. The power of the phone is backed by the 3000mAh battery which when charged fully offers a long day backup. Everything is fine but I am a bit worried about the battery capacity, it seems to be less. What's your take on this?
|
Yeah, I've heard of the device, it is going to be the best one from Infinix. It is coming with MediaTek Helio P22 paired with 4GB RAM which with other specs and 5000mAh battery support is seriously going to blow away the facts. |
drjprince:At least they don't bother to develop misconception in the minds of users with high range devices. Bringing all such features a user can experience in budget phones is not wrong, MediaTek supports budget phones very well. And yeah stop being a negative marketer for any brand, the world is full of them so, don't be one. |
ZesusHVWritter:Are you still waking with the trend or just boozing in the past notions? MediaTek is way ahead and midrange snap chip? Even flagship chipset stand nowhere in front of MediaTek!! |
Yesterday I came across Vivo Y12 phone and seems like it is quite underrated. Why? because of the specifications and the features it has. The best part of the phone which I liked was the huge 5000mAh battery which supports fast charging. Even the performance of the phone is better with MediaTek Helio P22 which seems to be much better with 4GB RAM. The triple camera set with a cool front camera on the water-drop notch is something appreciable. I personally feel that this phone needs to be in discussed and brought into consideration of people. pricing would be approx 61-62K nairas! |
Whizzahd:MediaTek has done quite well with Helio G90T, in terms of technologies and even in terms of performance. It's not only about gaming it is also about the technologies used to make lives easy. Liquid cooling, HDR10, HyperEngine and you will not also face the custom ROM issues. |
Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus is the latest smartphone from Tecno Mobility launched in August 2019. The device is the upgraded version of Pouvoir 3 announced back in May 2019. But far more than your imaginations, the latest Pouvoir 3 Plus is far more than just an upgrade. It looks more like the Tecno Phantom 9, seeing the borrowed U-shaped notch display, which on it own, is an AMOLED unit. Specification wise, the Pouvoir 3 Plus mounts a 6.35-inch AMOLED HD+ display with 720 x 1548 pixels resolution. It has a 19.5:9 ratio and protected by Asahi Glass. Under the hood, there is an Octa-core MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 CPU, clocked at 2.0GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, a 3/4GB RAM, and 32/64GB internal storage, expandable via microSD card. Interestingly, the device packs a triple rear camera setup of 13-megapixel main sensor, 5-megapixel Wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, coupled with a quad-LED flash. Upfront, Tecno made use of a single 8-megapixel sensor to cater for selfie needs. What’s more? The device also comes with a rear placed fingerprint scanner and AI FaceID. There are dual micro-SIMs with support for 4G LTE network on both SIMs. The device is powered by a 6000mAh battery and runs Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.

Jidibia:Whats bad in that? I mean, buying a Helio powered powerbank will not let you down for days, lol! |
The phone seems to be great with various features in it. It has brought many cool things and all are situated best as per the users. The phone comes with 6.2-inches of LCD display with dew-drop notch carrying 8MP selfie camera and rear has a dual camera of 13 + 2MP. The best I find is the power of Quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 paired with 2GB RAM. it offers a flawless performance, and it is best in the user's budget! I think it is the best budget launch from Infinix!!
|
OluwasureGig:I think MediaTek devices are much reliable than other ones, especially in recent times!! |
Tecno again came up with a budget centric phone which seems to be very perfect with the specifications. Even the features of the phone are the best in every Tecno phone. This phone has a huge battery of 5000mAh which seems to be great for a long purpose time. The 6.2-inches screen carries 13MP front camera in its notch. Even the performance of the phone is very amazing, with MediaTek processor paired with 2GB RAM. why I find it as the best cause it is just available for 38,000 Nairas. I am so amused with Tecno phones and their performance with MediaTek. |
It's like I have become a fan of Tecno with so many phones and all are amazing with their features. One is Tecno Spark Go which seems to be great with the Helio A22 and that too with the pair of 2GB RAM. I think MediaTek is a great support to such phones offering a great capability to promote the best of the features. Even the storage of the phone is better as it has 16gb internal but I have doubt about the expandability. On an overall state, the phone is available at just 30k Naira, and I think people will love it too.
|
I have been using this phone from last month and I found it very great. The phone is loaded with features and its like I would recommend every person to use it. The phone comes with 6.2-inches of LCD display with high-resolution pixels. My concern was the price but it's just 50K nairas. Yes, you heard that right! The phone has MediaTek Helio P35 paired with 2GB RAM which supports the camera best. It is also better for some casual gaming and I would prefer it for the future as well.
|
I can feel you! The phone is available for around 80K nairas if m not wrong, else it could vary depending on the locations. As well the part that amazing features this phone has, and moreover that the presence of MediaTek Helio p70 is like everything with 4GB RAM. That's a great deal, go to go in fact!! |
I totally agree with you, the price set for such a phone is really in the budget of everyone. The phone comes with Helio P25 paired with 4GB RAM will offer flawless performance and trust me users will love it. Even the battery with 4000mAh power is good for processing. Best budget phone from Infinix and well, Infinix offers good phones always!! |
Aceed:That must be a mistake from OP, the phone is expected to be around 130k Nairas, I think the Op would be high over some shit while writing this. Lol! and yes, the phone is quite nice, Here are photos of it and the power of Helio p90 will be great to see in such budget! And yes hey Aking, can we share that kinky stuff? ![]()
|
TheKhalid:The phone has an amazing triple camera set and I think the best power it gets is from MediaTek Helio P35 which is best to power cameras. This camera focused chipset brings HD resolution to picture taken from the camera. I have been using it and it has changed the way people judge the phone and MediaTek. |
It seems to be a great phone at entry-level with the power of MediaTek, I think one can go for it!! |
Is this kind of another smartphone from Tecno that is being liked by people or its just the power of MediaTek again? I mean Tecno is doing really good in the market and from my point of view it's all because of MediaTek's chipset it is using. Tecno Camon 11 is using MediaTek Helio A22 and comes in 2 variants i.e 3GB and 4GB. Even the features it has are like everything which are required by every user. What are your thoughts on it? |
I found this phone best for the people looking for a low range phone which suits their requirements. This has everything in it which is a basic requirement of a user. The phone comprises the trust of Nokia with MediaTek Helio A22 as its processor and 2GB of RAM for basic usage. The camera is more than enough and storage is 16GB that too expandable up to 256GB. Am I the only person with such thoughts or anyone else has the same things in mind for Nokia 2.2? |
Babanhajiya:Well, we can have something just for a change and that's nostalgic we have a removable battery. Using this phone with Helio A22 is quite impressive and that's not necessary to have everything in the budget we have. I think whatever Nokia is offering is like everything in the presented budget!!! |
As said, Nokia 2.2 is the best phone in our budget! Is it so? Looking to buy a new phone and thinking about this one. Well, it has everything in it, MediaTek Helio A22 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal and expandable up to 400GB. I found it great to use on a daily basis and can even play PUBG in it. Can anyone tell me if my decision is right? or I should go to another one? Suggestions, please!! |
It's quite impressive to see such overconfident negative marketing by some people, and if you find it a serious concern than you need fix your knowledge. Well, I own a Tecno phone and I haven't faced any such problem you listed. And FYI even some phones are there which rather than going for MediaTek as their processor have opted qualcomm which is good for nothing. Value of money is something and i found that in my tecno. speaking of that SD phone, oppo realme 2 is may be of a good price but not worth the value. And from your end atleast tecno comes with good battery backup but can't find it with realme though. Since, tecno needs to up their game then I think realme's game hasn't yet started. so, bring some clean stuff next time. |
