IyaTola: Probably when you are in your mid 50's, right? If it gets to this level, it means you were very irresponsible with your life 20 years prior. In this age of technology, you can use 5 years to build a solid life even if you come from a humble background. No single fraud! On the other hand, Ned Nwoko married Regina at 62. Are you saying that child can't meet Ned at 85? Then, the child will be probably 25. Meanwhile, a child with quality education and good background can stand on their own at 20. But a 40 year old poor man may still want to stay with his parents. Go figure that. |

3kay945: Bro, thanks. I am already tired saying this to people I know that are suffering financially yet some of them keep falling into that trap. Now, they keep begging everyday to feed the kids. Don't give them shi shi. Let their babies/kids do it for them. Let me see the magic the want to do to make the kids become something in this country. Even when they know they've got nothing to offer the kids, they still want to be fathers. Look at our minimum wage, very poor. And even at that most youths are jobless, yet it's making babies that's their problem. |

Xscape1993: We will survive no matter what they do or say. Our children will grow and develop in all ramifications. All these stories na to encourage yourself. If you no chop belle full, use protection to sleep with a woman. There's no glory or honor in suffering for a child that may end up also suffering for their own children. What's the gain when you are supposed to enjoy your life, you are suffering to raise a child because you believe you must have one? It doesn't make sense abeg. Just work hard and make money, then go into fatherhood like a king. |

I don't see the present crop of Super Eagles winning anything in football in the near future. I'll prefer they be disbanded and a new team raised for the country. No coach will be able to win anything for Nigeria with these guys right now. They are too average, too proud and too lazy. |

I want any Bacteria's on Nairaland to tell me just one thing that got better under Buhari or Tinubu that was not good under GEJ They'll tell you he made tough decisions that past administrations could not—referring to subsidy removal and floating of the naira. These are the same decisions that have crumbled the country. So, I wonder who's intelligent in this; whether it's the past administrations or their god. |

I remember when DSTV dish was on an average of 4 per house distribution. But the problem with smart TV is having enough data to use it, else it can become even costlier than DSTV. |

Fragility6: Nigerians are complaining some idiots dey tribalise the thing. Which kind of cursed citizens are these? It's the simple reality facing us. Nigeria as a single entity is a fraud and will remain so except we go our separate ways. Do you know that one tribe can choose to frustrate the other in Nigeria even though they truly know what the other is fighting or standing for is for the common good? Let's forget it. Tribalism has finished Nigeria. It started with Buhari and now it's in full glare. There's so much hate against the other tribe even at a time that we should all be united against our common enemy. Nigeria is gone. It's doomed! |

The fact is that the soup is native to Efik people in Calabar. If you want to know the real difference, come to Calabar with your money, I'll cook the two for you free of charge and you'll see the difference. Using same vegetable to cook the two doesn't make them the same. One is mostly for the rich while anyone can afford the other. I hope you understand now. Don't challenge what you don't know.
