Most rejections of application are always traced to poor bank account and unverified hotel booking .There is no specific amount required by embassy for bank statement ,however you can't have 360k in your account and you want to embark on a journey that may cost you 200k ,Embassy will reject the application .More importantly the cash inflow is very crucial .For hotel reservation make your payment and ask the manager to send you confirmation letter stating clearly your passport number and days booked for .For instance ,book 10 days and make payment for 1 day.

6 .It is well know fact Canada ,UK and USA Universities are ranked above Sa schools however how many Nigeriaans can afford the fees ?Instead of going Eastern Europe SA remains the best choice considering the cost and opportunities .If you don't have sponsors SA remain the best choice .
7 .If you are a professional the chances of getting Permanent residence is a bit easier compare to other field .
8 .The worst University in SA may be compare to the best University in Nigeria .
9.Phd program in SA is 3-4 years ,while 2years is obtainable in rare cases .
10.Application to SA Universities is the easiest and straight forward .You don't need agent or toefl or GMAT .
Steps
1.Evaluate your academic docs at Saqa office Pretoria.( certified your passport data page ,transcripts ,cert and waec and courier to saqa office Pretoria )
2.submit your proposal along side the Saqa certificate
3.Pay for application fees
4 .follow up by contacting the admission officer or postgrad officer of your dept .

Your opinion is invalid .No sane society and democratic government will detain a man for that long period without prosecution .More so the detaining Nnamdi Kanu is Ilegal .Don't be bias you may not like the guy but the detention over long period i s Ilegal and unconstitutional .In a sane country passport is seized to restrict movement out of the country but in Nigeria handcuffs are used on suspect .

A diploma is okay but there must evidence to show the subject you pased .

You need to submit documents for evaluation at HESA office for evaluation not Saqa .Saqa is for postgraduate studies however some private schools (not university) accept saqa for diploma courses .More importantly it is extremely difficult to be accepted with just o level results you need to have additional qualification ,like diploma ,Cambridge etc .This is so because it is assumed that Nigerian o level is a bit lower to SA matric .Above all , most applications for undergraduate closed 30 September for internatinal students. You can do a one year diploma course in Sa and apply with it .Check some schools perhaps they may admit you.
