Nobody has joined us in camp. Those that have some form of discrepancies are let go.

Don't give anybody money all in the name of securing this job, there is nothing like that.

This morning, one guy came with a fake appointment letter given to him by scammers after he had made payment. So be cautious.

Truth is, at first it might look like hell cos you are not used to it before now. But it's not something that will kill you.

Kano used to be extremely cold in January when we arrived, but the cold has paved way for a very hot weather. Those that stay here say it will get even hotter around March.

Coz I thought medicals will detect pregnancy which stops further screening, please someone should enlighten me

Well, I'm in Kano now.
When we came, there were three pregnant women, they are not here presently but I don't know if they still have the appointment letter or not but some people said they have lost the job

They said 6 months for all training but it's official that support staff will spend 3 months.

The thing is, support staffs are professionals in their field like doctors, nurses, drummers, sport personnel, drivers etc

While general duty do the work of enforcement and other things like guard duty.

You can grow high in the job irrespective of which you are

-Get a keke(drop) from the park, tell them you are going to Customs training school Makabartan dandolo. They'll take you there. It would cost around 1k.

2. Breakfast 7:00am - 8:00am
3. Muster parade 8:00am - 10:00am
4. i. Parade Drill 10:00am - 12:00pm
ii. Lecture 12:00pm - 2:00PM
5. Lunch & rest 2:00pm - 4:00pm

These are your daily activities in your respective training institutions

May God guide you throughout your stay in Police college

Advice: Be free with your drill instructor and your squad mates. Don't copy others, remember you resume alone, don't let anyone implicate you. Be of good character and be attentive to both parade drill and class. No phones on the parade ground only.

The training colleges are expecting recruits so no one will deny you entry.
What will happen is this;
For that night, you will be allowed to rest your heads inside but without a meal.
On Sunday morning, all the recruits will report outside the gate. There proper welcoming will be done.

Names and APL will be checked and then you will be documented (that you have arrived and you're present for the training).

Boxes will be searched in case of illegal items (Knives, hard drugs, electric kettles & stove etc). After that, you proceed in and sit on the floor. While sitting, hostel accommodations will be allocated to each recruits (this will be done in batches). Once you have been given accommodation, you can now settle down.
It's very possible that kits will be issued that day. All these will take time, they may round up late in the evening.

For that guy that said meals won't be provided till Monday, please that's wrong. From Sunday evening, you will start collecting meals. A meal ticket will be given to you. Please don't misplace it oo, else you won't be getting food.

Please who knows if they will repeat all those things they have done before on the training ground
like medical test , fitness, screening , documentationn etc .my reason of asking is for people that are working
that will like to resign before going to camp.there is no way anyone can hold a job for six months without reporting to work
so definitely the person must resign and if the person resigns and he/she got decamped what will she do.
People that knows how things are been done in the camp should put us through please

At this stage, there will be no disqualification except for improper conduct in camp. You have been given the job and you have accepted it already, you have a service number too, so it's as good as a done deal.
