The frustration in Nigeria has made majority of Nigerians lose their sense of humanity, almost everybody in Nigeria is unnecessarily angry because of economic hardship. Funny enough most rich men are not exempt from this hardship when they queue up in traffic for hours, pass through the bureaucratic measures in all aspects of life in Nigeria. All these pile up and only takes a second to be unleashed. An average Oyibo man in a civilized country will NEVER slap you or throw insults at you even if you mistakenly direct him or hit him rather they will get the law enforcement to deal with you. Sheyi Law was wrong as he could have reported the security guard to the hotel management, due to Sheyi's negligence the security guard was right not to have engaged in further combat with Sheyi. Verbal abuse doesn't directly reflect physical abuse and sheyi's car door slamming back at him could be passed on as an accident. On this note, the Security guard won and will win over Sheyi in an unbiased Court of Law. |
No idea who was wrong but In a country like Nigeria a poor man is always wrong for being poor. |
A couple of a years ago, I attended a wedding reception with my cousins and when we were barely seated, one old lady in matron uniform who was obviously an uninvited guest claimed the last vacant seat. Before I could say ‘Jollof’, she pulled out a Sacks&Motors bag and began fiddling with it. The wine was the first thing that went missing, followed by two cans of coke and all the disposable cups. When I asked her if she had seen ‘our wine’, she pointed at the juice .Later she kept hovering around the kitchen area and I saw her quarrelling for souvenirs. Needless to say, when the reception ended, our lucky lady left with a full Sack&Motors bag. The only thing she didn’t go home with was the bride’s bouquet. |
You are asking us to thank Charles but you didn't tell us how you thanked Charles ![]() |
Nigerian government should start paying them subsidy as they represent a vital part of the Nigerian hospitality Industry ![]() |
Nigerian mentality is sickening, isolating someone because of his tribe isn't the right thing to do when you chant change change. |
Tell him you are pregnant and its not his baby .After a few mins tell him you were joking abt the pregnancy then talk to him about the girl saying if he don't stop you can't marry him. |
It's not really an offence as he didn't touch the lady, he could attribute the liquid to being sick ![]() |

This is Super Story. Great Britain will never implement this fully, property sale is one of its money making machines. Just one 5 bedroom flat in a choice location in the UK will buy 10 houses in banana island Lagos. |
As much as there will be less rush for petroleum products at the moment, overtime the rush will resurface due to reduction in supply across petrol stations thereby the N145/litre is maintained and Nigerians don't get to feel the trick. The Nigerian govt. is manipulating Nigerians. What stops the government from importing petrol to cater for all at the most affordable price, why involved importers? |
The situation of the Nigerian economy makes begging by disabled a means of livelihood. If you happen to visit a well developed nation, beggers get more support in terms of allowance, accommodation, free parking. Nigerian government provide none for the disabled so they resort to begging. Most of the individuals who beg have life threatening injuries and unable to work if any. Maybe the Governor needs to sit on that seat himself to truly understand what it feels like to be a beggar. |
Say No to domestic violence against women. Men should rather use their mouth to talk when tempted to beat. |
Conducting a survey on how the signed budget affect Nigerians, let us know if you are happy with the signed budget and how it affects you. |
And the problem continues. For those of you who may get it twisted, budget signing is not in anyway a relief rather it is a financial burden to be Financed by all Nigerians through borrowings, utilisation of treasury funds for whatever the Senate had agreed to spend money on. Budget signing doesn't reflect on direct needs of Nigerians. In situations where it represents general needs such as building more power plants, it doesn't mean it will be implemented. Nigerian budget list is more like a shopping list for the political class. |
Haha. The Federal Government doesn't care, it doesn't affect them and its not their problem. |
All these are basic human needs, they have never been affordable in Nigeria. Things like electricity should not go off for more than 5 minutes. Nigeria is surely the only country in the world where an average earner spends 90 percent of their salary every month on basic amenities . |
Good news if its true but I believe people should be appointed based on the contribution they can offer and not to bring comedy to a work place. |
The President of Nigeria needs to do a whole lot more in terms of control and punishment for crime. Buhari is just sitting at Aso rock ignoring issues or rather he left for France today. Nigerians need to start seeking International help to denounce its Independence as it was a premature exit in the hands of the British. |
Don't dance shoki yet, remember there is a 3 months waiting period for the HIV antibody to become visible in your blood stream. This three months starts from the date you risked catching the virus till ur test date. Hopefully u will test negative again after 3 months. |
Buhari may be the richest President in the world before his 4 year tenure elapse. This government is not transparent with its use of funds especially recovered funds, current earnings by the Federal govt. though Gej govt. wasn't transparent either. But this government owes excellent delivery to the people as the people have risked everything. All we hear about is that xyz amount need to be borrowed, "What happens to recent Govt earnings, recovered loot, current earnings, treasury balance, funds from confiscated assets, revenues from port authorities and other ministries"? Kemi Adeosun should emphasise on utilising internally generated revenues in funding the budget as it is more than sufficient, she should keep the word "borrowing" aside for now. Get all the Federal government loop holes sealed especially places like Lagos State then let me see why Nigeria wont progress. Hmmmm terrible country. |

Haha jokes, even if he didn't join d Aussi club he will rather sign on than join this good for nothing country Nigeria. |
Soon Nigeria will occupy 189th position with the way things are going. This current president "Are you aware of the need for vibrant Economists in a government". Running a government is not all about political appointments, making trips abroad, falsifying budget, turning deaf ear to problems, neglecting panicky situations and so forth. |
Lies Lies Lies, Dear moderators, pls verify if threads instigating attacks are somewhat genuine before moving in to front page, your ability to do this indirectly save lives that could be lost due to the actions of lunatics that act out of anything they see on social media. |
Na lie. |
