Going for a second bsc after a bsc is not an easy thing to sell especially when the two degrees are so similar

My case be different kinda sha hehe. Im 28. Finished my bsc in local government administration in 2015. Finished nysc in july. But as per i never really liked that course, i want to go start another degree in fineart which is the love of my life hehe (im actually a fulltime SELFTAUGHT artist, you can check out my page on insta @scaezar) so i legit wanna go to school, not run away.
Long story short, i applied to troy and msu. Troy gave me admission already without toefl but im writing toefl anyways on dec.9... I20 will be here on dec1.
My question now is.. Is my case not too errmmm..controversial?

Any advice/question is appreciated

Am a graduate with a low cgpa due to the forceful course program my parents made me to study.
I desire going back to my desired program in nursing maybe for undergraduate transfer or to start afresh to study.
what are my chances getting admitted also getting study visa.

Just be plain in the interview (know some basic things about MLS) on why you want to study it as a second degree. What they are really interested in is you not getting stranded once you are there (enough financial power to push you through). I'm very sure you'd get it

I don't know about a pgd in MLS (dunno if it exists) but really that's a waste of time cos even a PhD in medical laboratory science you can't practice and won't be recognised as a Medical lab scientist

There is nothing like MSC medical lab science, scientists specialize in there pg, e.g haematology, clinical chemistry, med microbiology, histo, and other area of choice

But it requires another degree (BMLS) via Direct Entry. A very good CGPA can help you (very high 2.1, if it's 2.2 or third class just forget it).
Once you get the BMLS degree, you automatically get the license to practice as a Medical lab scientist.

Me: I feel this is the best time so as to equip myself with the necessary business and finance skills I will be needing for my mid managerial level and MBA finance at this point will lay a solid foundation for my CFA exam which I want to start in 2020 when am back in the country.

Me: 2. Other one is Lincoln.

Vo: am sorry we cannot approve Ur visa at this time. Refer to the blue paper for the reason.

Mehn, I just felt like there is an app that can be used to determine genuineness of students.

Just copy out your new DS160 number, go to your visa appointment profile, click on 'update profile', and replace the old DS160 number with the new one.

good day house ..I just found out I made a mistake on my DS form after the submission.,I wrote science on the educational section instead of academic or vocational. Can i edit it before the interview or should i leave it like that ?

You can't edit an already submitted DS160, you can only fill out a new one and submit it at least 3 days in advance to your visa interview date for the new one to update on their system.

Sorry it's late. I don't know the better way to explain this than for you to state the reasons you think it's good for you to switch from biochem to med lab after you already had BS. As you know going for same degree usually put applicants in tight corner but hope that you're able to convince the VO and get approved. Best of luck.
