1. Each 221g note has its own explanations for administrative processing, therefore your re-appointment or mode of re-appearance and demands is stated inside your 221g letter .

2. Therefore , no. It won't change your interview date. You won't be tampering with your interview date.

3. Be at rest, if your visa is a clear refusal they would have refused you immediately.

1. Yes . Fill another DS 160 and after final submission you have to update it in your cgi profile and re-print your appointment letter in order to display the confirmation number of the new updated DS 160.

2. The documents you will be taking to the embassy depends on what you are going for. Nobody can tell you that except he or she knows what you are visiting the USA for.

will that change my interview date ?

Hello, please I applied for USA visa since 2022 and I got 2024 date, but the issue is my expected day-of travel was 2023 on my form, do I need to fill another form that will carry 2024 travel dates? which documents do I need to go with. what are the current steps for an interview. Thanks

POE experience at Birmingham international airport.

When you land the airport , You will see two directions. One for British citizens, America, Canada, Australia and some countries wey make sense.

The other direction is for Nigeria, India and other upcoming countries. I took that one and got to the immigration officer and thus this.

Officer: Where are you coming from?
Me: Nigeria
Officer: Where did you stop over
Me: Doha, Qatar
Officer: what’s your purpose in the uk?
Me: I am here for studies
Officer: What’s your Course of study and school ?
Me: MPH/ University of derby
Officer: How much have you paid?
Me: 14,900 £
Officer: Do you have your maintenance funds?
Me: Yes I do
Officer: How much is it in pounds?
Me: 9,207£
didn’t asked me to show him sha, he then stamped my passport.

I also ask my own question
Me: How cold is the Uk ?
Officer: It can get very cold so get your jackets ready soon.
Me: Like how soon will that be?
Officer: around October/November
Me : Thank you so much
Officer: welcome to the Uk with a smile

Why not tell him to transfer the funds to your account and then you wait for 28days before applying 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Please help. Is anyone having problems verifying his/her e-yellow card? I got my yellow card last week. Although I didn't take the time to find out that I can register myself, I went to a government hospital vaccination centre in Ibadan where I got vaccinated and paid for the card. I submitted a copy of my passport data page along with other details.
Now the problem is that each time I try to verify my Yellow card, I keep seeing "Oh snap! Please Enter Valid yellow card code or passport number" Is this the norm on the website? The officials at the centre were saying that it is network problem but I'm not convinced

According to US Immigration Laws, the earliest time you can get an F1 student visa is 4 months to the start of your program. If your program starts in August, the earliest time to get your visa is April. So stop lying to us here.

Bross, why are you worrying yourself like this. You should be able to defend yourself with a change of course and going back for another degree. Am sure the VO will listen to you. The next question will then be how convincing are you with your intention. We have seen people here that did it and got visa and vice versa. Am just imagining your confidence level with your myriad of questions. You will get worried more before you go for the interview and that can be a bad omen on your intention.
