You have been on many threads ranting! I must say you talk too much for a MAN. Telling people what to do… Honestly you really need to rest uncle. Same way you created a thread 2021 Jan telling people that they are wasting fortunes. People would rather take their chances in a sane society. Keep your energy for something else and allow us breath. You are not in any position to tell people what to do. From your conversation you feel you know what’s the best for another person and it’s really disgusting. If it’s your decision not to travel then it’s fine but coercing others into taking same decision is really annoying and yet people keep correcting you but you are still not getting the point. Finally I guess all the calls to UBA worked afterall

Like i said earlier ma lately they haven’t been changing the status. Same way they sent recommended for approval for mine and within few hours I was debited. Hopefully they will debit by Sunday night or Monday

I am at the same ADB Disbursement Reviewer stage with Zenith Bank, and I was debited only N8225 charges yesterday, please when should I expect the debit for tuition deposit?

Please be patient they will debit you on Sunday night or on Monday.
My application is still in ADB REVIEWER and I have been debited and even gotten my telex. Sometimes the stage doesnt change meanwhile they have even started working on your application. Uba remains the fastest bank to use to initiate a Form A application please make sure you choose UBA MARINA branch.

Don’t ever make mistake of using Polaris bank for your form A application because it will take over a month. I used POLARIS before but I had to change it because it was over a month already and then I changed to Uba which I got feedback from them within a week (the application was recommended for rejection) I had to cancel the application and initiated a new one. For the new one, everything was processed in a Day. Like I said earlier I got my telex that same day but still yet my application is still showing ADB REVIEWER. Please be patience

I have ordered my GCMS notes.

The first concern, I should be able to address that. My problem is the second reason: personal asset and financial status. How do I address that considering that I am being sponsored 100% by a sibling.

I'm in my mid 30s (Male) and presently in my account, I don't have more than 100K there. I have a very small business, but income from this goes to family upkeep.

Please, is there anyone who has been in my situation? What did you do to get approval after your previous approval was denied on the basis of personal assets and financial status.

Honestly I don’t know what some VO’S mean by lump sum sometimes. They just made useless decision sometimes . See someone with lump sum in the image I attached and he got approved .

I guess different VO have different perspectives and pity. I was just not lucky with a friendly VO.

I paid 50% school fees too oooo, 10m closing balance with numerous transactions that led to me having 41 pages statement of account with normal traditional SOP.

First Application
17th December2020
Refused 20th may, exactly a week after my birthday.
Reason for refusal: insufficient funds and personal assets issh
Gcms came a day after my refusal- reason is because I didn’t provide my sponsors source of income.

Second Application
19th June 2020
I repackaged my application and included my sponsor’s(mother) CAC registered 2019, tax receipt and her tax clearance certificate. Also I got a new recommendation letter from my mums bank, a copy of my fixed account from my bank, two receipts showing landed properties for I and mum- with our names.... I’m an only child, I put in pictures of myself and my parents. I added that I intend coming home to build a lab from the plot of land gotten for me by my mum which has a name already-1213th Lab as it connotes the birth dates of I and my mum. Our birthdays is just a day apart.


I ordered the first gcms which came with info sharing in progress, criminality and medicals-passed, eligibility-blank. Ordered a new one immediately and it’s due on the 7th of October before I got my ppr this morning- All Glory to the Almighty. Still feels so surreal......Please do not relent when refused, it’s not always easy but God will always come through for us. I can remember still being moody on Monday, and someone was discussing with my mum, telling her Canada doesn’t issue visa, it’s hard to get it. Here it is, God came through for me today.

Using this opportunity to pray to God for the hopefuls, I pray we all get it. It hasn’t been easy, super draining, Ive been on this journey since 2018 when I was denied visa to USA. I refresh my mailbox a thousand times in a day. but it’s worth it. And to those who help when questions are been asked, thank you so much. It’s only God that can reward you guys.

As for the proof of finance, can I use my company bank statement and since I will secure loan for the tuition fee which will be paid directly to the school and also cover the accomodations, will I still need to present statement of account when submitting the visa application?

Yes please you still need to provide statement of account. Like means of fund for the next year and you can also use your company statement of account
