from the way OP constructed his post I feel his parents are very devout Muslims who take Allah first in literally EVERYTHING, that means there would definitely be consequences if his atheism is discovered

maybe they stop caring about him and see him as worth the least amongst their children and even children of extended family, this can lead to total lack of support and OP sounds like someone who still depends on them for a lot of things and his life would most likely become miserable of such supports are withdrawn

All I see here is a young "good" girl trying to know much about her future.

But all I can say is that "what's meant to be will always find a way". your fate can't be taken away from you be you good or bad and ones attitude or way of life doesn't determine his/her fate .
