TonyeBarcanista: Sir, the problem is not office of Governor, the problem is shutting out a group from holding any position as Deputy Governor, SSG, COS, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Majority Leader, Chief Whip, Deputy Majority Leader, Deputy Whip, House Clerk and even CJ of the State. Also worse is shutting them out from ministers even when there is two slot.
My brother, I'm not particular about it because Christians are affected, I am because it is the right thing to do.
Tomorrow, a Christian may cite the precedent and do worse to Muslims... God forbid!
BTW we are talking of people predominantly occupying 11 out of 23 LGAs I gat ya point now. But what can I say?? religion has given us a deep cut that can't be healed. The act of humanity has long gone extinct and we all seem to have forgotten the fact that we were first human before anything. may God help us. |

nextdoor84: Just keep quiet if you've got nothing meaningful to say. What's the percentage of muslims on the Plateau? They hold no majority in any of the local government areas there: unless in Wase Lga, where they should be like 35% Dont just compare Kaduna to Plateau abeg!
The only solution and respite would come only when they have a state to call their own. Fine, you won. but next time don't tell a fellow man to shut up since we are all entitled to our opinion. A quick question... Are you from Kaduna state ?? |
Politics › Re: The Brazen Act Of Marginalisation Of Christians In Kaduna State By Gov Elrufai by sanesta: 2:30pm On May 12, 2020 |
TonyeBarcanista: Simple! Raise the awareness so it can be known before it is taken further. In as must as I'm not really in support with the way the Christians in Kaduna are being marginalize, I must also tell you that the Christians in Kaduna are the cause of their problem. For the past years, Kaduna state has experienced so many religious crisis and the Muslims has being leading in politics since the beginning of time. Now, in 2010, they were opportune to have a Christian governor for the first time since 1999 and what happened? the clown died like a lab rat and Muktar Yero a Muslim became the governor. I'm sorry to tell you that the Christians in Kaduna are very backward in politics and since they don't posses that political enthusiasm then who the cap fits should wear it. |

TonyeBarcanista: I've not lost my land to anyone!
I'm from Okrika, and no part of Okrika, Rivers state and the entire Ijaw nation has been lost to anyone whether overtly or covertly.
Irrespective, I owe it a duty to use my pen to advance humanity cause. I do this not because I am a Christian but because it is the right thing to do. Marginalisation breeds civil unrest I agree with you to an extent. nevertheless, what is good for the goose should also be good for the gander. After these, I hope you open another thread for the marginalization of Islam in Plateau state too cos the last time I checked no Muslim has never being governor of Plateau state since 1999. |

I shared a little bit of something that has happened to me and which the idíot of a woman did not succeed at, and you're blabbing. You must be a tortoise.
I say it again, no woman will be able to successfully pin a pregnancy on me in my lifetime.. If it was tried before and the person didn't succeed, there's no way it will ever happen.
Eat my courage and choke on it. I've heard you. but pls calm down.. |

Climatology100: Arrrghhh, the move on I meant in that context is that not that I want to take her from her husband, far from it. Had it be she's single, come on, I wíll go for her, I'm talking of someone I dated from secondary school days here, someone who supported me financially when I'm school, someone who is ready to do anything for me. I traveled out of the country through her efforts. Do you think it's easy spending for other ladies apart from her, buying expensive stuffs for them when I know someone is the bedrock of the riches? My heart sink but she's married and that's all there's nothing I can do. I really appreciate your inputs, thanks so much. What do you expect from the poor girl?? to wait for a guy that didn't give anything strong to hope on. I understand her actions as much as I understand the fact that she's ahead of you financially and you wanted to meet up. You didn't just take a prudent step pls, if you love her as you have claimed , don't spoil her marriage |

Climatology100: Safety net? Her level of education? Nah, not at all, she was never a second option but first, we communicated while in camp but all those change when her number wasn't connecting anymore, she also deleted her fb Acct. My both parents are not educated and they're doing excellent so her education is just not an excuse, my immediate brother only have school cert and he's doing great financially than I who's educated. I repeat, she's never a side chic. but from the look of things, it's obvious you didn't put much effort in search of her and you were tepid about the relationship.. You don't expect her to wait for you when you were actually not showing any seriousness.. A bird at hand bro, a Bird at hand!!!!!!!!!! |

In as much as two wrongs doesn't make any right, I still advice you allow the sleeping dogs lie.
the girl did actually love you and I wouldn't blame her for not waiting for you to come back because there's every possibility that you may not.
don't ruin her marriage unless you're certain you'd take both daughter and mother and treat them well when or if her husband kicks her out.. |

We shouldn't have yoked with them. It's a great mistake! the north is big enough for them to wander their ass out.. they should stay away from the South |

Arrewa: Almajiri here...
Al-majiri there...
There's no single Almajiri in the south!!
Those guys there are probably Nigerein hustlers following trailer of agro produce to the south!!
Almajiri system has been banned and the children have been taken back to their villages...
Majority of them are orphans who their governors are now taken care of...
Stop tagging Niger migrants fulani just because they're speaking Hausa and can't defend themselves!!
Stop all these media propaganda!!
Nigeriens have been following trucks down south even before the lockdown... They help in offloading and selling of agro products that belongs to their Hausafulani masters!!
You will just intercept them and tag them Almajiris...
See as everybody dey use Almajiris dey catch cruise!!
No Almajiri in the south... There is no single Sangaya (Almajiri Temple) in the whole of Southern Nigeria...
Almejiri is gone for good....
It's now a past tense! The most powerful weapon of propaganda against the north is now gone...
Make una continue dey catch una final cruise! They are not gone bro.. |

This is the best time to end this almagiri of a thing but I'm afraid the northern governors won't make use of this opportunity.
what baffles me the most is the massive migration of these helpless children to the south. why south?? Niger state alone is bigger than lagos and Ogun state combined, why not look for a place in the north and camp them there?
there's more to this than meets the eyes.. |

I think declaring lockdown alone is not enough, govt must see to its enforcement as well. there's nothing like lockdown in kano. If you go palaces like brigade and panshekara you will be surprise with the kind of activities going on there, even some mosques still holds morning and evening prayers.. |

LovelyDude: Go for your heart. Prince Philip was 18 while he was in love with queen Elizabeth 13 years old, so don't let some people that are ultra-right tell you it's wrong to love and be with a 19 year old girl, since the feeling is mutual, go for it. 18 is the age of marriage in Nigeria so don't mind those people saying she's too young, they are he'll wrong. For the fact that it worked for Prince Phillip doesn't give the guarantee that it will work for the op.. No be every girl wey come your way or show you green light you go date. The op mustn't date her as there's nothing to gain or lose, nothing special and I don't think any good would come out from such relationship if not that same heart break and s*x which may at the end imperil the peaceful relationship between both families. @op, the best gift to gift that girl is a gift of friendship and not some infatuations that may turn you both to enemy. |
