Mine will seize the sound of my speaker, only calls will ring out. Use good ear piece.

I fixed it already with a hardware test on the headset.

It is working perfectly now.

I'm having a little challenge with my Rn4x earpiece port.

The earpiece icon is showing on the screen, but sound is not coming up through the earpiece.

I thought, initially, that the problem was from my earpiece, but I have tested another earpiece, but alas it is still the same problem.

What could be the problem? Any solution recommended?

I have tested another MTN sim in my RN4x sim 1 port, and it worked flawlessly.


I didn't even change my Apn settings. Immediately I inserted that my friend's MTN sim into my phone, it just started browsing.

I guess the fault is from my sim.

Do you all suggest I go for sim retrieval?

I think that's the best possible solution, though not before testing another MTN sim on the sim port.

Reset the apn, try another mtn sim in that slot, if it works, then do a welcome back on your sim.

I have not been able to browse with my MTN sim on Sim 1 port.

I actually thought it was network problem, until this afternoon when I swapped my MTN sim with my friend's Airtel Sim, and I was able to browse seamlessly on the same Sim 1 with the guy's Airtel line, and my MTN sim that wasn't browsing on my sim 1 port was also able to browse on my friend's phone seamlessly.

Meanwhile, my Sim 2 port has no such problem, as I have been browsing on my Sim 2 port since last week.

What could be the problem?

I have activated my MTN access and MTN wap over a thousand times.

I have supplied the apn, proxy, port, username and password.

But I can't see the IP.

I also noticed that two arrows beside the network icon isn't coming up, only the H is. But the arrow is coming up for my Airtel network.

Help, please.

What's the access point of MTN?

I have been having difficulty browsing with my MTN line since yesterday evening.

My network has been stuck on just H without the + since yesterday.

I had to move away from my area, thinking it's network problem but, alas, the problem still persists.

Whereas, on my Airtel line, the network has been flawlessly seamless.

Any idea, bosses in the house?

It does have bugs, though performance and battery stability has improved as compared to the 8.2.1.0. I charge once a day these days or charge once a day and a half...

The update has an average SOT of about 11hours 30minutes or so..

Though I believe what you did was go to the 'manage app battery usage' and chose a convenient power saving mode to your taste..

There's is battery optimization.

Go to battery settings- battery use- more- battery optimization.

The optimization was from the battery settings.

I clicked on the battery use and further clicked on battery optimization, and optimized all the apps that could be draining battery.

In short, I optimized all the apps.
