Who amongst us can install for people around iyana ipaja?

I newly met with a man at Alaba today offering me a couple of installation jobs as soon as possible but i may not be available for the jobs.

Don't feel so bro, it's been happening for fringe receptions becos most of them increase as you move towards the sub-saharan belt or as you move northwards of Nigeria/Africa becos those satellite rays are for Europe/ middle east/North African countries which are in North directions to us. But some satellite rays are Continental or they have a particular EIRP value spread over wide area. This is what matters my brother

But these channels look much like a pay tv to me. Might be scrambled any moment from now. Those with spare 1m dish and above or motorized should try it and enjoy it while it lasts.

I remembered way back when i will attach two offset dishes together to find a way of concentrating their signals ray into one big conical feedhorn/ collimator that i built by myself. This was to get fringe signals just like a big prime-focus dish would do.

I hope you guys know that cband signal is not blocked by cloudy weather, i think it's not bothered by rainfall too. It's been a while i dismantle my 1meter Arabsat 5c.

Arabsat 5c is possible on 1meter, i bet that 45e to will be possible on 1meter dish too, judging from the satbeam map of the satellite

The channels make sense sha, e pain me say nor be too many people get Cband dish.

Pls who knows how much is cband lnb holder for 90cm/1meter offset dishes?

Choosing a better dish also helps the signals of secondary lnbs in multiple lnb installations.

Pls house, if you can, take a picture of the type of ds*v/ strong/startimes dishes you installed and your signal strength on your strong decoder. I mentioned Strong decoder becos many strong decoders show the true signal strength that you achieved.

Nice topic.

Focal point or lenght is the juice of a satellite dish.
If ur dish has bad focal point, ur 4m dish will underperform and output will be comparable to a 60cm dish.
I've on numerous occasions come across dishes whose lnbf arms are missing and I had to fabricate the arms as well as get an approximate Focal point.
As regards 51e, I happen to get 83%, 77% and 72% on three separate 1m dishes of different make.
Also 12518h29500 74% 69% and 72% on this same dishes..
NB: if u want to know that ur dish is underperforming, track nigcomsat or dstv. If the dish is bad u won't get nigcomsat and if u get dstv, the signal will be very poor.
In such cases it is best u replace the lnbf arm of ur dish, lie ur dish flat facing the ground or recalibrate ur Focal point.

I think it's time we bring up dish talk. I mean the variety of ready-made satellite offset dishes out there. I noticed that the types of blue ds*v 90cm dishes are up to 3 or more,
Even the 100cm/1 meter dishes vary at signal strength.
For those who have used kwese 1 meter grey dish, pls what is your highest signal strength for 51.5e?
My point is that the 90cm dishes with longer focal length are performing equally with kwese 1meter grey dish.
Pls let's confirm this.
