I’m facing same scenario from my popsy tenant. They take people niceness and understanding for granted. We have given them quit notice and they’re not making move, even after expiring of their rent since February. PLEASE EXPLAIN PROCESS OF RECOVER PREMISES.

What do you suggest I do to take them out. It’s my late father house. One of them even said when my father was alive he didn’t chase them out so it’s we the family that we chase. They’re are just uneducated and the said property is face me I face you. Thank you for your input

I swear bro. Some tenants are terrible and ungrateful. I have two struggling baby mamas as tenants. My family decided to give them 3 month quit notice when their rent due since February and the quit notice elapsed May ending. They’re still there not making move to go. I’m just waiting after Sallah Celebration before I go unleash. What do you suggest I do cos they’re taking one for granted. What step can I take to get them out. ?
