Boring match.
I am yet to see the high intensity and pressing I thought would be Chelsea's trademark this season. These guys look tired, short of ideas and lack precisions.

Mata is still greatly needed. I'm yet to see the special effect of the special one. Our game play is still far below expectation.

Sigh! **Can Chelsea ever play like Dortmund**

Manchester United Vs Chelsea, no doubt, is gonna be a cracker.
Mourinho has excellent win record against Moyes and I'm sure the Scot will be looking forward to improving his bad record against the happy one. The spotlight will be on Chelsea's target, Rooney tonight.
Guys, what is your prediction? In doing so,kindly highlight what to expect from tonight's game.

nitlad: Let these ninjas go out and destroy Manure tonight:

------------Cech-------------
-Ivan--Cahill-Terry-A.Cole-
------Ramires--Essien-------
---Schurrle-Mata-Hazard---
------------Lukaku------------

Who do you guys prefer gets the nod?

Nice line up.
Waiting on the bench to compile woes on Manure should be: Oscar, Torres, De bruyne, Lampard.
Any of them should be timely introduced depending on the game's direction.

Career / Common E-mail Mistakes And How To Avoid Them by sawyer89: 9:51am On Jun 20, 2013
In our world today, it’s not just what you speak that can get you into trouble either at work, school or home but also what you write. Since the advent of laptops, Blackberries and cell phones, e-mail has arguably been the primary means of communication especially in the corporate world.

According to a Radicati Group study from May 2009, there are about 1.9 billion e-mail users worldwide. Simply put, more than one in every five persons on the earth use e-mail. The Group projects 2.5 billion e-mail users worldwide in 2014.

Even though e-mail is very easy to use, it can easily be abused. With e-mail, there’s no undoing of mistakes; there’s only steadfast prevention. Below is the inbox of e-mail mistakes and tips on how to avoid them:

UNPROFESSIONAL TONE
When we talk to someone in person, we have the benefit of physical gestures and tone of voice. Written words speak for themselves and are left completely to interpretation. In an e-mail exchange, it means that a sarcastic one-liner and a witty e-mail signature could be misconstrued as insults, regardless of the initial intention.
E-mail tone is also hampered by jokes, slang and typing in caps — which is the written equivalent to shouting. In the office world, e-mail is an extension of business communication, so a bad e-mail tone makes for bad business, or worse, lack of business.

Tips: There’s nothing wrong with being courteous, but stay within professional boundaries. You can do this by reading a past e-mail from your recipient and matching their tone in your reply, instead of trying to invent your own. If they’re talkative and informal, go with it. If not, stay brief and professional. Choose your words thoughtfully, writing as you might talk to them in person without the false safety net of a computer screen. Sticking to the essentials and being polite will keep your tone clean and your overall exchange pleasant.

SUBJECT LINE ERRORS
E-mail subject lines are as important as the messages themselves. The worst subject lines are empty ones. With an average employee in the corporate world receiving over 100 e-mails per day, messages with blank subjects are the last thing to be given attention.
Knowing your subject is as important as building your message. Sometimes e-mail subjects are offline to the mail contents, contain grammatical errors and improper cap usage which many times irritate the recipient.

Tips: Firstly, always use a subject line. With that in mind, don’t use greetings like “Hi Adama” or “Hello Ada” as a subject because they carry no significance to your correspondence. Subject lines are meant to catch the eye of your recipient, so choose keywords that will reflect that. As your e-mail exchange progresses into additional topics, remember to change subject lines accordingly

SENDING MAIL TO THE WRONG PERSON
On the e-mail platform, sending e-mail into the wrong hands is a classic blunder. It’s unprofessional and especially damaging if your message doesn’t carry a professional tone. Imagine bad mouthing a colleague and, due to absent mindedness, you accidentally select him/her as your recipient!
Furthermore, the auto-fill feature, which allow you to type in partial letters in the recipient field, which the e-mail platform then completes on its own increases the chances of e-mailing the wrong .

Tips: To avoid this mistake ensure you type your message first and then select the recipient. This will decrease the chances of error, as you will be totally focused on the address in question. Don’t forget to double-check — or better still multiple-check — the recipient before you click “send.”

BEING TOO HASTY
Messages that are sent too quickly are often accompanied by grammatical errors missing attachments and spelling embarrassments. These aforementioned may lead to creating a negative perception of you and your company. According to a senior friend; “….in a potential job interview situation, a poor e-mail assures a non response”.

Tips: Respect they say is reciprocal. If you want your reader to respect you, you have to respect them by making your writing professional and concise. Ensure your mail is error free by rereading your messages thoroughly and using grammar software. Attachment should be included before you type your message.

TOO MUCH TRUST IN E-MAIL PLATFORMS
E-mail is not the best way to exchange sensitive information. In fact, it’s one of the worst. Modern computer upgrades haven’t been able to stop hackers, which makes your e-mails vulnerable to interception on your side and your recipient’s. If a hacker doesn’t get you, remember that your recipient and their company are free to do as they please with whatever you send them.
More so, many companies, schools and organisations have strict e-mail policies and usually keep all messages on their company server, even if they’re deleted from your system. All of your messages can easily be traced back to your computer’s IP address. E-mails are legal court documents. So where e-mail privacy is concerned, assume there is none.

Tips: Think of your e-mails as public legal documents. If there’s a private matter at stake, it is better to arrange a physical meeting. When e-mail must be used, don’t include financial information and or better still use e-mail encryption software. Be professional without being confidential, and your words won’t come back to haunt you!

GIVING YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNTS LIMITED ATTENTION
With e-mail being the primary mode of communication, especially in the corporate world, it’s a tactless mistake not to check it regularly. When you don’t check your e-mail, the chances for error is high; in your hurry to access your mail, risk of deleting important messages increases, as well as the tendency not to give attention to essential e-mails.

Tips: Proper time management and day planning is the best way to avoid this mistake. Delegate some time to checking your mail. Stay on top of who’s contacting you and what’s important.

I don't see the need to waste huge sum of cash or letting go a wonderful goal keeper in the name of getting a 'prolific' striker when we have a young striker hungry for glory. Lukaku does certainly has a future with Chelsea.

I will prefer Chelsea reinforcing the Midfield, most importantly the defensive midfield and recalling some of our guys on loan.
Lest I forget, Lukaku will forever be remembered for scoring the last goal/hat trick against Fergie's team.
The sky is always blue!

coogar:

you are the one sounding off as a dumbo.....
andrew uweh is actually making sense here as usual - strikers like radamel falcao are a dying breed. where would you find a striker like him in the current climate?

there are thousands of goalkeepers better than courtois - even in the premier league, begovic, julio cesar, mignolet and vorm are all better. any of these guys would jump at the idea of joining chelsea as a 2nd goalkeeper and their transfer fees won't be more than £10m.

Falcao is 27, he is at his peak. If he's purchased by Chelsea, what is the assurance he would replicate his superb form in the blue's jersey.
He's a fantastic player no doubt but he's close to exiting his peak. Don't forget he is South American. I give him two more years, the mighty Falcao will be gone from limelight just as the Newswatch of old. And if that happens in a blue shirt, you will be the first person to come here to spew rubbish about Chelsea's midfielders. Aren't you a staunch supporter of Fernando? And in your words: Torres is not the problem but the midfielders. I'm quite surprise you could support the idea of purchasing Falcao at that huge sum. I would have expected you to argue otherwise. You seem like a confused dude.

Courtois is young and can perfectly replace Cech. He has been tested on big occassions and he will not have any problem manning the Chelsea's goalie.
Where were the goalkeepers you mentioned when Fergie went for Degea? I guess they recently fell from heaven!

Courtois, the guy is full of energy, talent and reflex. He's got the potential to be the best among his ranks.

I watched his game lastnight against Real and I couldn't but marveled at his wonderful goal keeping prowess.

Chelsea will be shooting themselves in the legs if that guy is sold. He deserves a place in the team.
What do you think? Should he be sold or recall home this summer?

Spurs drew yesterday and Arsenal is likely to drop points against Man U, hence Chelsea must aim towards getting the maximum three points against Swansea. Anything less, to me, will be a big dissapoinment.

Nairaland / General / How To Change People's Perception Of You. by sawyer89: 2:27pm On Mar 08, 2013
“A fellow can’t keep people from having a bad opinion of him, but he can keep them from being right about it.” – Author unknown

Some people believe that perception is reality; however, there is a difference. For instance, if you raise your voice in a meeting, you could be instantly branded as a loud-mouthed, self-serving, egotistical boor with an anger management problem. This is based on a perception, rather than fact. If you yell frequently during meetings, however, your colleagues’ perceptions may be right on target. When such a perception becomes a reality, you have a clear challenge to change.

Whether it’s an incorrect perception or a fact-based reality, you need to protect your image. Examine your expressions, comments and actions and take steps to change people’s perception of you. Here are seven more image problems that can have a negative impact on your career and what you can do about them

1) – They think you’re anti-social

Why?

You don’t make a habit of saying “good morning.” You say very little about your personal life. You’re too busy to join colleagues for social outings. You provide short, dry answers during conversations with colleagues and don’t show much interest in what others have to say.

How to Fix It:

Be friendlier: No matter how tired or pressured you are, think of how your actions and attitude impact others. Say “hi” to your colleagues each day, make eye contact when you pass them in the hallway, smile and engage in small talk around the photocopier or when waiting for a meeting to convene. The few seconds these actions take are well worth your time.

Socialize – within reason: Join your colleague for Happy Hour. Maybe not every day, but on occasion, drop by for a drink or lunch. It will be time well spent. Be considerate. Bring snacks for colleagues. Remember people’s names. Ask about their families or their personal interests. Your goal is to be considered easy going and interested, not stressed and uncaring.

Beware of false impressions: Leave your office door open or change the position of your workspace if possible so that your back is not always turned. You may be the most sincere, open and people-oriented man, but if your colleagues perceive a closed door or turned back as a sign of disinterest, dislike or disrespect, you’ll have an image problem.

Your colleagues may think you’re a boaster

2- They think you’re a show-off

Why?

You bragged about your specific accomplishment at work. You seem to be the center of attention in every meeting and you offer unsolicited suggestions on other people’s projects.

How To Fix It:

Share the praise: Give your colleagues credit when it’s due. Say “we” more often than “I.” Mention that James had the great idea and that he helped you see it through. This is a much more powerful way of demonstrating your competence and team-building skills.

Don’t boast: Let your actions speak for themselves. If you’re not blowing your own horn, someone else will be able to talk about your strengths and accomplishments. Recognition is important and it’s far better for your career to have others saying you’re a winner.

3- They think you’re a snob

Why?

You made some comments that sounded condescending. You don’t mingle with personnel from other departments. You dress well, wear expensive clothes and occasionally name-drop.

How To Fix It:

Treat everyone as equals: Avoid talking down to anyone. Be courteous and friendly to everyone you encounter. You never know when the janitor will save your career by not shredding an important report that fell off your desk and landed beside your recycling bin.

Flaunt your attitude, not your assets: Wear Armani and Versace but avoid ostentatiously displaying the label when you take off your jacket. Spend the weekend in Bahamas, but don’t broadcast it. Enjoy the fruits of your labor but be discreet so no one brands you with a negative label.

4- They think you’re a complainer

Why?

You’re very direct in your criticism. You question things. You’re the first to bring up bad news and people feel they only hear negative things from you.

How To Fix It: Quit whining: Modulate the tone of your voice. You may sound depressed and stressed when that’s really not your intent. If you’ve been saying “Not bad” when asked how you are, change it to “Great, thanks!” and see the difference in people’s reactions.

Be optimistic: Become more positive. It will reduce your stress level and improve your productivity. Find solutions to problems instead of complaining.

Watch your body language: Sighing or exhaling loudly expresses discontent, whether intended or not. Rolling your eyes, shaking your head or sitting with your arms crossed all create a negative impression. If it’s your role to poke holes in proposed projects, do it while leaning forward, making eye contact and using open hand gestures.

Chill: Smile and be happy. Appreciate things and people, and tell them. Practice patience. Complaining about how slow the elevator is will not make it speed up, but could cause your career to stall.

Others think your nose is brown…

5- They think you’re too competitive

Why?

You sometimes compare yours to others’ accomplishments. You’re the one who must always win during the office softball game.

How To Fix It:

Do your job well: Resist any temptation to outdo your colleagues. Stop challenging everyone. Avoid one-upmanship; you’re there to do a job and, no matter how well you do it, if you appear to be breaking down the team spirit, it will adversely affect your career.

Cooperate: In business and sports, think about the team, not just about winning. Don’t be a poor sport or sore loser. Admit your shortcomings, ask for assistance and share the limelight. You’ll shine if your project is a success and your colleagues are praising your enthusiasm.

6- They think you’re too aggressive

Why?

You talk louder than others and raise your voice for emphasis. You get straight to the point without sugarcoating your comments. You have an aggressive defensive reaction if you feel you’re being questioned, doubted or attacked.

I don't really understand your arguments. Are you saying Barcelona as a club has more importance and worth than Nigeria?
Go through my post again, I am not downgrading the performance of Barcelona over the years. They are fantastic club and have carve a niche for themselves in club football. But trying to overstimate their worth to the extent of rating them above a country like Nigeria is ludicrous.

Politics / Like Barcelona Like Nigeria by sawyer89: 2:12pm On Feb 27, 2013
LIKE BARCELONA LIKE NIGERIA

We all thought the game would end in similar fashion as the one we had watched in the past. We envisaged the Catalans ripping the Capital club apart. We were expecting a mesmerizing performance from the three musketeers of Xavi, Messi, Iniesta. All the odds were against the Mourinho boys. The bets were in favour of Barcelona. But alas! Otherwise is the case. The world best was rendered insignificant. The midfield maestro-Xavi was incapacitated. The clean passes of Iniesta “disobeyed” him; often a time they never get to their destination. All thanks to the excellence defence of Madrid.
Oh Puyol! I pity the old man. I never knew he could dance Azonto. I hope Mrs Puyol is an excellent masseur because her massage prowess would be needed last night. Dimaria-esque injury inducing dribble should be banned. It is unfair to soccer. What is wrong with Pique? I shake my head in pity. His defending, attack prediction, positioning and aerial duties have been on the decline. Where was Pique when the young man-Varane nodded in the third goal? His defending is beginning to dwindle since he started dating the Spanish musician, Shakira. “Hmm! Na true o, I don see sey hips don’t lie”. I wonder what she has done to him.

Has Barcelona gotten to the end of the road? Is this the end of the greatest club team of all time? We thought AC Milan defeating Barcelona at San Siro was a fluke but now we know better. Been defeated in that fashion is a bad omen. Many clubs now understand how to play them-convert your set pieces, stay calm, let them bring the game to you, disposes them of the ball close to your box 18 and play them on a lethal counter attack. What is wrong with Barcelona? Are they beginning to lose their football influence? Is their tiki-taka becoming ineffective?
In the words of my friend, Fatiha, “Barca lacks plan B”. I can’t but agree with that. “Barcelona is a mono football club”. They are one-sided. They are not dynamic. They lack versatile game plans. They have only one game plan-tiki taka with a false nine. When their tiki taka game plan is prevented they are rendered weak and ineffective. Surprisingly, any time I watch Barcelona game, I remember the most influential country in Sub Sahara Africa; I remember the country that praises herself as the giant of Africa; I remember my great country Nigeria.
Nigeria is a country blessed with lots of mineral, agricultural, human and intellectual resources. But just like Barcelona, Nigeria depends only on crude oil for her survival to the detriments of other sectors. A visit to the Ajaokuta Iron and Steel Company will give an insight into how deep the rot that has eaten deep into our solid mineral sector. The agricultural sector has been left in the grip of death. Gone are the days when Cocoa farmers were the crème de le crème of the society. Gone are the days when groundnut pyramids were descriptive features of Northern Nigeria. The past it has become, when Nigeria was the highest producer of palm fruits.

When did we become Barcelona? How did we get to this position of having no plan B? What would happen if our plan A (crude oil) fails us?
As we have seen from the case of Barcelona, greatness can’t be sustained by having just one game plan. They got to the pinnacle of club football by sticking to just one game plan-tiki taka but they are beginning to decline because of the lack of other plans. Nigeria has achieved greatness and relevance from Crude oil but the truth is crude oil won’t last forever. Even now, developed countries are beginning to shift their attention to renewable fuels. God forbids that the USA, china, India stop buying our Crude oil tomorrow. I wonder how Nigeria will survive. To avoid losing our relevance and influence in Africa, our leaders must diversify our economy. They must invest hugely in the agricultural, solid mineral and manufacturing sectors. Such investment must also be accompanied by appropriate fiscal policies.

Crude oil is good; tiki taka is a joy to watch but the best is having multiple game plans and various revenue generating sources. May God bless Nigeria!

Nairaland / General / The Stubborn Farts by sawyer89: 12:40pm On Feb 07, 2013
DIARY OF THE STUBBORN FART

I was woken up by the sound of my phone’s alarm. I had set the alarm to 6:30 A.M the night before. It was imperative I wake up early in order to have enough time to prepare for the 8 o’ clock lecture I had that morning. I hurriedly did my morning devotion, rushed to the bathroom where I brushed my teeth and did a 3-minute body wash.

I put on a white-black strip shirt and my favourite black trouser. They were looking crisp because I had ironed them with a spray starch the night before. I stood in front of my big height mirror stationed at the extreme right corner of my room, admiring my look and perfecting one or two “dress errors”. I applied a little powder on my face and rubbed the shear butter (popularly called Ori) on my arms and feet in order to cushion the whitening effect of the harmattan.

I was about rushing out of the room when I noticed I had not taken my breakfast. I quickly picked a spoon from the shelf and speedily consumed the left over beans I had cooked the night before. The bean was cold because I had forgotten to warm it. Eating it cold wasn’t pleasant but I needed to eat that morning because of the task of 8-5pm lecture ahead. I rushed out of the room, locked my door and walked swiftly to the junction.

“Campus!” I shouted when I saw a taxi. The Taxi stopped then I hopped in. I checked my wrist watch; it was 7:50A.M. I needed to get to school before 8 so as not miss the class attendance for that lecture. “How will they be marking class attendance for university student” I spoke softly to myself. I begged the Oga driver to drive a little faster so as to avoid the unpleasant scold of Aunty Latifah. Aunty Latifah is the lecturer of the course I was having that morning and she is a strict adherence to time and a proponent of punctuality.

We got to the school park and I paid the driver. I hastily entered Keke NAPEP- a popular tricycle on campus. I alighted at Block 8 and rushed to my department. As I was about entering the lecture room, I heard a prolonged noise like that of a thunderous storm emanating from my stomach. I held my breath for few seconds in order to cease the sound. I entered the lecture room, greeted my course mates and went to sit in my favourite position.

Aunty Latifah came in few seconds afterward and the lecture began immediately. Few minutes after the commencement of the lecture, the thunderous sound reoccurred. This time around, it was prolonged, musical and melodious. The kind of sound that will easily serve as beat to an award winning song. I was feeling uncomfortable. I looked at Jumoke who was sitting beside me, thinking she heard the sound but she didn’t. All thanks to the” faka fiki” sound of the ceiling fans. I wondered why the thunderous sound. Then I remembered the beans!

The Chemical Reaction Engineering class was interesting that morning. Aunty Latifah for the first time was solving some application questions. What I had known Chemical Reaction Engineering class for prior to now was proving. We prove all sought of mathematical relations which applications more than half of the class don’t know. Everyone in class was excited because of the examples she was solving.

Suddenly, I felt uneasy. A rumbling sound was building up in my stomach. I knew what was about happening. I was about to fart! I looked at Jumoke to my left, turned to Segun to my right; I noticed they were engrossed with what Aunty Latifah was solving on the board. I knew I couldn’t hold the fart, I just had to let go. I shifted a little to the edge of the chair, raised slightly my right thigh and released my anus’ muscles, tensioning the muscles intermittently. The gas came out noiseless and I felt relieved. The class ended and we await the arrival of the next course lecturer.

Three different lectures were received afterward. During the lectures, series of farts were released-smelly and non smelly. All the farts were noiseless; thanks to the gimmick of farting-intermittent tensioning and releasing of the anus’ muscles I had mastered during the chemical reaction class. The smelly farts were so nasty; they smelled like rotten egg. The class was nearly put into disarray because of one of the smelly noiseless farts. Lekan, one of my course mates, was accused of being the source of the smelly gas. The wrong accusation nearly caused a fight. I was just beaming with mischievous smile during the accusations and counter accusations.

The last lecture of the day ended 5:00PM. I was so tired and weak. I needed to defecate because the beans were still performing their unwanted activities. I packed my stationery inside my bag, inserted my Dr Dre earpiece inside my IPod and gently walked out of the class to the school park after bidding my mates goodbye. On my way to the park, I placed the earpiece on my ears .The sound emanating into my ear was soothing; the beat of the sound was distinct. “No wonder” I thought “Dr Dre made a lot of money last year. He would have sold thousands of this high-quality earpiece”. I was feeling good because of the Boyz II Men’s “Color of love” song I was listening, singing and shaking my head to. I had no premonition of what laid ahead! I boarded “Korope”- a seven sitter mini bus. The “seven sitter” is the ideal description of the bus but the real situation is far from being ideal. The bus carries ten students per trip.

I sat in the middle seat of the bus. The bus was filled with exhausted looking student. Some female Law students in their white-black uniform were sitting with me in the middle seat. They were looking attractive. I tried chatting them up but their response wasn’t encouraging. I gave up on my attempt and stayed focus on my IPod. I increased the volume and changed the equalizer sound setting to bass. I was enjoying the songs emanating from the earpiece into my ear when unexpectedly I felt uneasy. My stomach was rumbling and I knew the fart has come again!

“Save my soul oh Lord” I prayed. I tried to stop the fart from exiting from my anus until I alighted from the bus but I was unable to. It was so pressing that I was feeling so obviously uncomfortable. I looked around, pretending to be shaking my head to the song I was listening to. The ladies sitting with me were busy with their phones. I shifted to the edge of the seat, slightly raised the right half of my buttock, close my eyes and gradually released my anus’ muscles. The fart came out “noiselessly” and I felt so relieved.

Lo and behold as I opened my eyes, all the occupants of the bus including the driver were staring at me. They closed their nostrils with their hands, giggling and talking (I am sure about me) silently. I never knew the fart hadn't been noiseless. It came out with a loud pop sound like that of a mini Boko haram bomb and the smell was disgusting. I didn't hear the sound because of the ear piece on my ears. I frowned my face and was busy handling my IPod.

When I couldn't face the embarrassment any longer, I paid the driver and alighted from the bus few miles before my bus stop. Loud laughter erupted from inside the bus as the driver continued his trip after I had alighted. I trekked home hoping the occupants of the bus won’t recognise me when next they see me.

I wish I had not eaten the beans!

Romance / Facts About Men by sawyer89: 6:25am On Feb 03, 2013
Through my interactions with a lot of Men-single, married, old and young, I have understood some undeniable facts about men. These facts are summarily highlighted below:

1) One of Men’s greatest desires is the ability to see and look at something beautiful- Men are moved by what they see. In most cases, they tend to get attracted to beautiful and bright things be ye women, cars , houses etc. For our married women to keep getting the heart of their men, they must try as much as possible to stay beautiful.

2) Taking care of himself is the greatest gift a Man can give to those who love him - Man greatest desire is to be successful and have the wherewithal to provide for the needs and wants of his family and loved ones. He tends to stress himself beyond limit which may in most cases affect him socially, physically and emotionally. The truth is being hardworking is good but his loved ones will be happier to see him happy, healthy and social. Therefore, Men learn to take care of yourself. Have time to relax, eat good food, have an healthy life style, hangout with your family and be cheerful always.

3) A Man tends to cherish forever a lady who helps him be the best he can be and ultimately resent the one who denies him the chance of being great - Men are ambitious! They dream big but their dreams and aspirations don't come true overnight. They need encouragement, support and love in the pursuit of their goals. Ladies who offer them these and believe in them ( and their potentials) are forever cherished and adored. I wish our young ladies we understand this fact and stick to young men who they can together grow and develop instead of running after rich men (old enough to be their dad) who "chop them like biscuits" < Apologies to MI>

4) A Man must value himself, he must look inwardly and has a cordial relationship with God for his deficiencies to be met - Men are the head of the family. They control the affairs of things at home. They provide for the family-Nuclear and Extended. A lot of wisdom, providence and patience are needed to perform these tasks. Men are human, hence they are imperfect and there are a lot of things beyond their controls. In order to be successful in their roles as Men, they most maintain a cordial relationship with their maker. "Faith inGod makes a Man to birth his greatness against overwhelming obstacles".

5) Men who take care of themselves have greater chances to know how to take care of their wives - Show me a Man who takes care of himself and I will show you a Man who is a good husband and a wonderful father. Men who take care of themselves physically by living a healthy life, having good friends, eating healthy food ( and drinks), exercising and those who spiritually cater for their needs have higher tendency to be excellent husbands and fathers. Similarly, an attentive Man will be a great father!

6) A Man experiences self-confidence when he is respected and adored- Most Men have egos. They love to be respected and adored. To increase the self-confidence of a Man, respects and adore him. Respect provokes confidence within him . Adoration speaks of acceptance to him. To increase the productivity of a Man, give him respect.Hence, best way of reprimanding a Man is to correct him privately.

7) Men see their needs as weakness - When a Man is incapable of meeting his inadequacy, self-confidence eludes him. He feels weak. Funny is the fact that they hate seeking for help. They prefer to wrestle alone with their fear and feeling of inadequacy because they are ashamed to admit that they need guidance. They hate to be pitied during this time but prefer to be shown love, care and belief.

cool A Man get frustrated when his love is not reciprocated- Men want to be loved, cherished, admired and pampered by those they love. They want their acts of love to be appreciated and reciprocated. They get frustrated when otherwise is the case. Show to the man who loves you great love, pamper him with affections and care, tell him how great he is and show to him you appreciate having him in your life, and you will see the best side of him.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by sawyer89: 8:28pm On Jan 19, 2013
coogar:

what do you mean by suarez's goals are worked by him? do you think you are in a beer parlour? so suarez picks the ball from his goalkeeper and run with it for 110 yards before scoring? you should give up on watching football and try knitting!
Read in between the lines and stop acting dumb. You painted liverpool as playing the ball on the plate for their strikers which is not true. Suarez ,most times, works for his goals. It's those that watch football match from the back of their TV (If they have one) that will say otherwise. Sturidge scoring in Liverpool doesn't lessen the creativity of Chelsea's midfield.
BTW, what is the difference between the goals scored so far in EPL by Man U & Chelsea?
