Ruggedniggaone: you celebrated Ukraine bombing civilian infrastructure in crimea but you are crying now when Russia reminded west and their puppet in Kiev that zelenzy and his corrupt officials are staying alive in Kiev is only because putin don't want them dead You went from propaganda to crying now. Lol. We have seen this before. Putin want them dead as far back as the early days of the invasion, but he couldn't complete the mission. He even sent some Wagner group assassins and it came to naught. He can keep trying though. |

Ibime: Kanye has bipolar disorder. Know this and know peace I believe his twitter and Instagram accounts have been now been locked for anti-Semitic posts. Fox and Friends called the tweets unfortunate and pretty ugly. I read briefly read about the backlash tonight, but I haven't seen the tweet or post myself. I like his gospel songs. If I bring myself to read the tweet, I might just stop following his gospel group. I prefer Christians that practice what they preach. |

SirLinks: Who ever blew that pipe was aware gas was flowing through it The war is between Russia and Ukraine, other countries getting involved should rather act as mediators to resolve the crisis rather than using them to promote their weapon industry, wasting lives on both sides Gas wasn't flowing through it. It's just had residual gas in it that would last about a 2 days. Nordstream 2 was sanctioned before it could be used to supply gas. Russia itself shut flow through Nordstream 1 in the first or early 2nd week of September. Despite the erratic supply through summer. The pipeline was being used to get Europe to back off supporting Ukraine. Unfortunately, the world doesn't work that way. If it did, UK or France would not have interfered in Germany's annexation of Poland. |

SirLinks: Freezing their accounts was a breach of contract U can't be collecting gas and freeze my account u should be paying into. And when I say pay directly to another account where u have no control off, u scream breach of contract I haven't read anywhere or any financial article that points out that sanctioning bank of Russia in anyway violates the contracts for gas supply. Please point me to it. I am willing to learn and will stand to be corrected. Also there was a carve out to ensure payments continue to flow.

SirLinks: Not blowing the pipe was a safer option And am highly doubtful Russia had anything to do with blowing it up Same way I am doubtful the USA has anything to do with it. I am not sure I completely understand your first statement though i.e. the safer option statement. Not invading a sovereign country would have been the safest option. |

Imagine having to bring out nuclear weapon for Ukraine. I still saw a video of some Ukrainian troops towing away an abandoned Russian tank in Lyman, DPR on SM yesterday. |

ken6488: get one fact straight first Even if you kill Putin today the next president will finish the work
About those territory taken by Ukraine, recently Lyman, Russia is withdrawing back to border on purpose, and today those 4 regions will be signed into Russia constitution
You know what that means?
Russia has the right to protect the region with anything they have, if possible, Russia will withdraw its troops, civilian and nuke critical Ukraine places
Don't get deceived
War is ending in two ways
Russia victory or Russia victory And who said change in government has to be with a decade. It may even be after Putin does of old age. The bolded means nothing. It's just another posturing. We have been hearing similar threats since the beginning of the war. He also said he would target countries interferences, yet EU and the West have been sending a steady supply of deadly ammunitions to Ukraine. All we have heard is crickets. Putin is a classic example of the boy that cried wolf. A so called super power threatening to nuke the poorest country in Europe because the conventional war is not going his way. Russian Koala. LOL

ken6488: they can want but can never get them again Myopic way of thinking. And Ukraine has been slowly taking back some cities, towns and villages after the annexation. Imagine Russians fleeing Lyman in DPR. Anyway, a change in government in Russia can also completely return every inch of grabbed land to Ukraine. Putin and his loyalists in the Russian Duma are not going to be alive forever except they are vampires. Even a vampire is dead and souless. What you posted is like saying Biafra would forever be a part of Nigeria. Germany's Hitler and Soviet's Stalin too must have thought Poland was annexed forever. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Gov. by saxywale2: 4:06pm On Oct 04, 2022 |
gambojimeta: In addition to your post, shutting down NS1 pipeline indefinitely in September marked the point of no return for Russian gas through the NS1 pipeline. Russia had nothing else to gain from the pipeline from that point on. Russia has been reducing gas supplies to Europe all summer, and the complete shutdown of NS1 is hardly unexpected. The Pipeline was meant to be an effective blackmail to be used by the Kremlin. It's just like grabbing a guy's balls in a fight or having a woman having mumu remote control for a man. Putin annexed Crimea but the the EU looked away because of its reliance on Russian gas. They needed the Russian gas to drive their economy. However, the EU, with the exception of Viktor Orban, called Putin's bluff this time around and at the expense of their economies. Viktor Orban still wants the sweet Russian gas. Addictions are tough habits.

adeprof18: They are not talking about all those anymore since Ukraine refused to negotiate on those terms after bucha and they had to teach them a lesson to grab their land. This is another opportunity to negotiate after annexing 4 region, if they dont, its either they go for kyiv and change the government or destroy the whole city like mariupol. What do you think the men in the Frontline will do when they couldn't get order from their command centers in the capital. They will surrender. Russia does not need nuke for now, they know where to hit them. You all think this is a war and foreign dignitaries are coming to visit the president lol. They tried getting Kyiv to take out Zekensky early on in the war when Ukraine was unprepared and failed. What makes you think Russia would get Kyiv now that Ukraine is well prepared and has been pushing Russia back? It seems the only option left for Putin is to use nuclear. Would the world stand back and watch if that happens? We shall see. |

▪Russia is waiting for Zelensky to agree to negotiate, alternatively Moscow will wait for a leader willing to do so
▪According to the Kremlin, peace cannot be achieved without accepting Russia’s terms
Russia victory or nothing It's a stalemate. Ukraine will want those regions back. |

Do you mean they don't have surveillance around their country coast to capture the attackers of the pipelines? You call it wailing, but they are just reporting their observations. Ps It's a safer option to flair gas than polluting the ocean and killing fishes and aquatic life. Same fishes like Norwegian mackerel, cod (oporoko) e.t.c. that are being imported from those regions to poor nations for food. |
