basilico: Point is clean energy from hydro and nuclear is pretty reliable. The clean from green like solar, wind and tidal can never be relied upon . A Tesla has a 100KW battery which is equivalent to 300-400 panels , sunlight 5 hours a day around $140K. The battery is so big some guy has rigged his car to mine crypto currency.
EU, WEF and COP26 are all after getting rid of oil. Where is this climate emergency? When China and India are massively adding coal plants to their grids. When Europe n Murica go green, the govt will have to subsidize a lot. In other words a lot more become dependent on the govt.Such that you can be denied food if you do not get 10th Covid booster.
This climate change is a big hoax.African countries should play along get enough money from the west and strengthen food security first. Have you read the news about GM motors, the airplane in Canada, the investment of oil companies in green energy? It seems the the world is eventually going to go green whether we like it or not. |

When Ukraine tells us of Iranian drone hitting targets in Ukraine: Putards clap and hail Russia.
When Ukraine tells us they took some Iranian drone down: Putards shout propaganda.
I know Putin supporters want news that only favour Russia, but it doesn't work like that. You can't have it both ways.

wirinet: What I don't understand is why do the banks play along with Trump and accept his valuations? And then give loans on these extremely exaggerated valuations. Any sensible adults would have an idea of property worth within his surroundings. Even without professional estimators and valuers, an average worker can estimate within 50 - 100% of property value within an area. At worst you can check the online property market. That he could get away with almost 1000% inflation is unbelievable.
It's more absurd to inflate property space. Are you telling me the bank's valuers cannot tell the difference between a 10,000 square meters space and a 30000 square meters space just by looking at it? You don't even require a tape rule to differentiate. Imagine Mara a lago being values at 700 million dollars and not even naira.
Those banks needs to be investigated. They must be accomplices in an elaborate money laundering scheme. saxywale2: What i can think of is Bribery, corruption, kickbacks i.e. someone paying off the evaluators appointed by the banks.
Same way some Nigerian politicians have been able to launder money to different European countries. A regulatory system is only as good as the humans controlling them. Still doesn't make the policitians not guilty even when they find or use a willing collaborator within the banking system. Trump's favourite bank are not new to the game. They will get a "slap on the wrist" fine.

- Never bully others because that person being bullied can always fight back in a big way.
- Dont underestimate the support that people being bullied will get from bystanders. |

mysticwarrior: The western backed Ukrainian forces are bombing innocent civilians, why target a market with heavy civilian presence? this is a war crime. The region is being attacked by both Russia and Ukraine forces. It's suicidal for civilians to stay behind. Russia hit the regions in donetsk with missiles several times e.g the attack on a market compound in bakhmut, donetsk.

budaatum: So, GSA officials took undeclassified documents to dump's house without him first checking whether they were declassified or not?
Those GSA officials must have been hired by Obama then, to stitch dump up, so I guess he has a defence. I just wonder why he hasn't said so yet, and is instead claiming he declassified them in his head.
Is it because he has not yet hired you to be his lawyer, I wonder. How did the square foot magically go from 10,000 sqft to 30,000sq ft? Ease supply facts and not if or opinion statements. |

Whobedatte: UK PM Liz Truss’s address to the UN on Sep.21
“New UK weapons are arriving in Ukraine as I speak – including more MLRS rockets. We will not rest until #Ukraine prevails.” The EU also basically gave Putin the middle finger by saying military support for Ukraine would be increased despite Putin's threat of nuclear weapons. A real case of the boy that cried wolf.

Pro-Putin luuunatics are something else. OP posted news from only God knows where. I don't understand the need for the deceitful post. The screenshot below was actually what the Josep Borrell said. The news said EU would increase military support to Ukraine. This was even after Putin threatened with nuclear weapon. EU gave him the middle finger by adding more sanction and increasing military support.

happney65: Trump na wayre. He might have to open his brains in court and show them how he declassified them in his head. After watching the video, I can't help but agree with some people that are calling for the baba to be locked up in a home for mentally unwell people. Hannity was asking for the process in which he de-classified the docs, he kept on talking about how he can wave a magic wand (literally) or just simply de-classify the docs (US gov property by the way) just by thinking about it. Then went off tangent and started chatting about NARA being leftist, then to talking about whether FBI came searching for Clinton's email at Maralago, and the spying on his campaign. Like what the hell did I just watch.

basilico: We been there . Settle a case to prevent further harrassment. When you have an attorney billing you by the hour, you paying for his accomodation if he is from another state in an expensive hotel , you can easily go bankrupt if you do not have deep pockets. Many DAs and Prosecutors use the threat of bankrupting someone so that you take a plea deal , which adds to the prosecutors wonderful or rather successful conviction rates. Prosecutors are after having a 100% conviction record which aids in their vertical mobility within the justice system Pretty lousy I must say. Lol |
