Job Summary
We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Business Development Executives. You will go into local markets, malls, and business areas to recruit sellers onto the Buybea platform.

Responsibilities
Visit shops, markets, malls, and vendors in your assigned area
Convince sellers/businesses to sign up and list their products on Buybea
Assist new sellers with the registration process
Follow up and ensure sellers become active on the platform
Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
Submit regular activity and performance reports

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales and marketing
Ability to move around the local area daily
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
Fluent in English (local languages a plus)
Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or POS agent roles is a strong advantage.

What We Offer
Base Salary: ₦50,000 - ₦200,000 per month
Commissions: ₦50 Commission on any seller onboarded
Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting targets
Transport/Data Allowance: Daily transport will be Provided

What You'll Do (Daily To-Dos)
• Walk into shops, kiosks, open markets, and malls to pitch Buybea to sellers
• Convince at least 5 sellers DAILY to sign up
• Follow up to make sure sellers upload products and start selling
• Keep proper records of sellers approached, signed, and activated
• Report daily to your Team Lead with evidence of work done (forms, screenshots, signups)
• Educate sellers on how to use the platform and track their activity
• Represent Buybea with energy, professionalism, and resilience

KPIs & Strict Targets
📌 Minimum Sellers Per Week: 50 active signups
📌 Minimum Sellers Per Month: 250 Above
📌 Active Sellers (listing + product uploads): 75% of signups
📌 Weekly Activity Report: Mandatory
📌 Seller churn below: 15%
📌 Strike rule: If you miss 2 weeks of targets in a row – review or replacement.

Compensation Structure
• Base Salary: ₦50,000/month (non-negotiable)
• Commission: ₦50 per active seller onboarded
• Monthly Bonus:
o 1000 Sellers = ₦25,000 bonus
o 500 Sellers = ₦10,000 bonus
• Transport/Data Allowance: ₦10,000 (based on proof of fieldwork)
• Performance Incentives: Airtime, branded items, Mobile data
Total earning potential: ₦150K – ₦200K/month (if you perform)

The issue here is that my wife got a job in Health care and her COS just came in this morning requiring her to be in the UK at least 12th of September. My questions are what will happen to her present visa application awaiting decision. Can we put up another visa application or switch visa. Or how do we go about it.
