it works very well as you said, but the only problem is that any password can open the file or folder which you locked,

is there no other means of using one password to unlock it.

if i am a woman and my husband want to go for war, hmm i will not stop him, because that is what he has signed before joining the army.

i think the only way to breakup is by unusual acusuation.
it is not an easy thing to tell sombody that your no more intrested, because you may break his/her hart. but if it inform of misunderstanding that you use to breakup, he or she will be seeing it as misunderstanding thinking that both of you will soon reconcile, but at his or her greatest suprise it will lead to parmnent breakup.

no body will be hurt. life goes on.

right now i am in P.H
i have used both of them and know the differents.

for starcom their service is quite good, but the speed is not paletable. but some time it increases.

for DOPC

this is the current one i am using now.
the service is always not stable, it frustlate, it always timeout, small rainfali, the web acccaralation will no more be connecting, sometime the signal strenght will be abouth 87% but you can not acces web site.

but recently it seems that they have improved. the speed is more better now.
the good thing about them is that it maintains the speed even if you are using multiple systems.

so i wll advice you if your going to use more than one system go for DOPC
but if is only one system go for Starcom

IE is better than IE7

IE7 dosent open hompage fast. everyday you lunch the IE7 it will start newly customising sarch browser.

IE7 is only better for easy printing. i.e advance printing of web background.

opera is more faster if you are using A DIAL-UP NETWORK (i.e) telephone line.

I WANT EVERY BODY TO SHARE IT'S VIEW ON THE FOLLOWING INTERNET BROWSER, WHICH ONE IS THE BEST AND WHY YOU CHOOSE IT.

1. INTERNET EXPLORER
2. MOZILA FIREFOX
3. OPERA ETC.

FOR ME I PREFER INTERNET EXPLORE BECAUSE IT DOSENT HANG SYSTEM.

HMM MY MAN,
IF YOU KNOW THAT THOSE FILE IS SO CONFIDENTIAL TO YOU JUST DO THIS THINGS BELOW.

1. OPEN ALL THE FILES ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
2. RESAVE EACH OF THEM BY DOING THE FOLLOWING.
3. SAVE AS. IN THE SAVE AS DIALOG BOX, CLICK TOOLS MENU,SELECT SECURITY OPTIONS IF YOU ARE USING WINDOWS XP, AND GENERAL OPTIONS IF WINDOW 2000.
4. TYPE THE PASSWORD TO OPEN AND PASSWORD TO MODIFY IN THE SPACE PROVIDED FOR YOU THERE.
5. CLICK OK, IT WILL ASK YOU TO RETYPE IT, RETYPE IT AGAIN, AND CLICK OK.
6. TYPE THE FINE NAME FOR YOUR SAVING AND CLICK SAVE.
7. DO THE SAME TO ALL THE FILES, I ADVICE THAT YOU USE ONE PASSWORD FOR ALL OF THEM SO THAT YOU WILL NOT FORGET ANY.

8. AFTER ALL YOU CAN CHANGE THE ATTRIBUTE OF THE FOLDER THAT CARRIES ALL THE FILES. TO THAT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION BELOW.
10. RIGHT CLICK ON THE FOLDER
11. CLICK PROPERTIES
12 MARK THE BOX ATTRIBUTE HIDDEN, AND DISMARK READ ONLY IF YOU WISH.
13. CLICK APPLY AND WAIT TO APPLY
14. FINNALY CLICK OK.

NOW YOUR FOLDER WILL BE INVISIBLE TO ALL YOUR CO- WORKERS.
WHEN EVER YOU WANT TO OPEN YOUR FILE, DO THE FOLLOWING
13. OPEN WHERE THE FOLDER IS.
14. CLICK AT THE TOOLS MENU AND SELECT FOLDERS OPTIONS.
15. IN THE FOLDERS OPTIONS DIALOG BOX CLICK AT THE VIEW MENU
16. MARK THE BOX SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS AND CLICK OK
17. NOW YOUR FOLDER WILL APPEAR WHERE YOU CREATE IT. YOU CAN NOW OPEN THE FILE YOU WANT WITH THE PASSWORD YOU USED TO SAVE IT.

YOU NOW ENJOY YOUR FILES ONLY AND ALONE.
