Awake he stayed,scared by his horrorful dream His courage fails and he resolves to scream The melody of his joy is long over Sadness becomes his new lover Dead in the water bed or so it seemed His vision failed though the light beamed He loses his mind and starts to freak Once he was arrogant but now strangely meek The twilight of his career is what he thinks Time and time again he blinks Alas he wakes and realizes it’s all a dream Facing reality,he lets out a scream! |

Even if tomorrow she wakes and says it’s over! I would be grateful for such a wonderful person I have met in my lifetime. Even if she shuts the door on me! I would be grateful that I was once in the building of her heart. Even if I don’t become the president of Nigeria! I would be grateful that I am the president of my life. Even if I close my eyes and don’t wake up again! I would be grateful that I lived my life as human and not like a goat (but ogunfe peppersoup sweet oh!) Even if Nigeria does not get better (which I pray it does)! I would be grateful that I am a citizen of the happiest people of the world (so they say oh!). Even if God stops answering prayers (which can never happen)! I would still pray with thanksgiving for all He has done for me. Even if no one appreciates this thought of mine! I would at least be grateful that I could put my thoughts to words ! |

Da poem below shows ow I met mine........had tried all sorts,from online to frnds sisters to church to school but I met her in a brt bus and we making plans to get married,so far she seem the right one for me. Red bus discovery!! Quietly she sat....eyes closed in d moving red bus! Curiosly I stare.....could she be real or just a fuss! Make 'A' move is da voice ma brain tells me! Common sense tells makes mi let her be! Time and time again I see a sleeping face of innocence! Emotions so high I made a move out of pretence! I dnt tink I can stand it anymore! Feelings getting stronger dan before! ...And so I made a move...beside I her I sat! ....She felt da groove....her smile penetrates ma heart! The picture of her smile still lingers! Thought of loosing her makes gives me shivers! Would she stay?would she go? What can I say?what can I do? Like a teenager am entangled in wat I wish I cld control! Do you know my story well enough to judge me? I guess not...getting this far still seem like a mystery! Do you know me well enough to trust me? I guess not...with all this people terming me as unworthy! Do you know me well enough to tell my story? I guess not....rather than help they try to dim my glory! Do you know me well enough to save me? I guess not....they pretend like they know my history! Do you really want to feel my joy? I guess not....the extent of my pain a burden to bear! Do you really know how to love me? I guess not....afterall in my times of pain you weren't there to care! Do you really need to know? I guess not....there hasn't ever been an intent!
