videos can get corupted on its own if the sd card has some problem. Have u tried playing other mp4 videos does it work?

I have one sd card that corrupts any mp3 flie that enters it. As soon as the mp3 file enters the sd, boom! it gets corrupt. Am not sure maybe that whats wrong wit yrs.

Try dis... Remove yr sd card, send a video to the phone and check if it plays.

done everything scaned my phone for virus clean all my cache files. And still not working but when ever I insert my sd card in my laptop it plays
