My phone (Tecno Y6) just keep switching off without anything. As in if i drop it somewhere or put it in pocket or anywhere, it just switch itself off.. The only time the phone is active is when am using (gently pressing) it.

guys I used to use a techno pop and I can say it was the worst experience of my phone life battery lasts 1-2 hours when you use data at full charge the phone overhears for every small thing phone doesn't read memory card the phone lags like madddd and can just go off for no reason at all I rate it 3/10

Good day. please I just bought a tecno pouvoir 2 but I've been unable to connect with my laptop via hotspot. the hotspot is discoverable by my other used tecno but can't be detected by the lappy. pls has anyone faced this issue and how he/she went about it..

check if your data saver is on try to turn it off then retry it. in other way you can get a solution drivers pack drive your laptop. it might no be an issues from the phone
