he opened the phone removed and reinserted bat still no do

full flashing is the solution but you will need to provide the receipt if you are doing it from an enginear because the type of flashing is illegal.

I stay in PH... I went to phone Engineers they said the parts are not there... I called jumia and they said I should go to their website for the service center... I took the phone to one of the service centre... They where with the phone for 3 weeks... They called me to pick it up... I went to pick it up and it wasn't working.... Explanation wasn't given to me....
