They won't stop all these trailers and tankers falling on people and vehicles. They are not even stopping all these kabukabu carrying overload or those buses emitting excessive smoke. No, they won't. Instead their targets are private vehicles for the sole purposes of harassment and extortion. Hopeless people.

Stopping all this commercial trailers, tankers and commercial buses is not an easy feat because they are always with issues.

An Operation was carried out which targeted the trailers and tankers, especially ones without means to stop thier container from falling.

A lot of nearly mishap to the FRSC officers.

It had to be a combined operation between the Police, Soldier and FRSC yet some trailer escaped , even drove away with Officers in them.

When Soldier shoot, people will blame the soldier but not the Trailer driver who did not stop.

Even citizens had to offer some help in helping us stop this trailers and commercial drivers.

In Nigeria we seem to know a whole lot more than the people in the office.

You will tell police how to stop people, tell soldier how to enforce, tell FRSC how to enforce rule.

But when you get to be on the other side you surely understand it is a different ball game.

No one wants to be stopped on the Road, we want free movement.

But if youve been the victim of an accident, you will know why enforcing this things are great.

Someone's car got burnt totally on a bridge, where there is no sand or water. If he had his fire extinguisher he wont lose his car totally.
But when a similar person is stopped he gets angry and gives series of inexcuseable excuses.

Any payement to FRSC that you had to go to the bank is to the government, it does not count towards there promotion or uplifting.

I had a Personal experience where a commercial driver hit a close family member's car from the back, the driver was asked to provide his driving license, he couldnt.

How will someone without driving license know road rules?

Most times self, this officers will just play with you and let you go BUT when you see them and you frown like burnt dodo and grumply answering there request, even when he his doing his job he will surely finish his job.

Sometimes you see them, you run or drive anyhow. When they now arrest you , you start begging etc. No be criminal dey run?

Our Force Agency are doing a good job but no matter how good, there might be little lapses. No one is perfect so we should keep helping each.

Pls get back to the lawyer do all necessary document and secondly don't be fear try and go there with some police on casual clothe and see if you can locate the land don't let the family know you don't know the locations of the land because they will use it against you you need be diplomat with you can if as them to go with you on the location of the land this will help help to know were the land is when you get there take photos and save if in your what and immediately do all necessary document Ok best of luck

Infant if continued to demand for money pls involved the police because the property has been sold for a long time why awake up after their brother has pass out to ask for money so all properties sold all over nigerian must the buyers paid the family once the owner deaths again were is this in property transaction law if I may ask

Am just thinking about the future, and how to get my money. 10 , 20 years time they might try to resell or it might be hard to know the place or use it for anything worthwhile. I just dont want my investment to enter Bush.

Op I don't understand you after paying a land and lawyer did all the necessary documents only for a family of the person that sold the land come to back and start demanding for more money if I may ask do you wish to give because you don't want lose the land plsease I will advice you don't do that if ask again you tell them your lawyer will get back to them I hope you have deed of assignment on land if you do you have no problem (that family are very useless )

I only Did Land Agreement through my Lawyer and also Survey (but the survey plan that they submit to government), I didnt do other documents.
And am also Afraid, because it is quite difficult to get to the Land without some guidance from the Locals. i.e if go to the Land myself i might not be able to get to the exact Land because in a year I go maybe Twice.

It is an Hectare of Land, so if there is a Document I could do that is not expensive for it I will gladly do it secure it legally for the future or anything to do to get money out of the Land now.

I and My Friend got a Land close to the Border or one village close to the Border.
The Land was even Posted here on Nairaland and we had an agreement with someone to Farm on the Land but it didn't work and all the money we invested for the Farming was wasted.
Now after some years of paying for the land, we got an invite from the Family that the Land was sold to us by there Brother (he is late now) and they didn't receive any money from the Payment that we should pay more money. We have not paid the Family, we are hoping for some advices before we do.
Now, we don't know what to do because we tried getting people to farm on it but we won't be able to monitor it and if we want to sell the land too, it might be hard because they could sell it and we won't know a thing about it.
My Location is quite far from the Land so getting there any time is expensive and it takes a whole day, even when I go early in the morning I will get back home late at night.

What Do You advice Us, we dont want to lose totally on the Land ?
P.S: The Land Document was done by Our Lawyer
