Obama is deciding on a strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan. Four options have been submitted to the president, who, along with his war council, is assessing troop levels and the cost. The most ambitious strategy, from McChrystal, would send 40,000 more troops. According to ABC News' Jake Tapper, Obama pushed the generals to elaborate on how and when the exchange of responsibility could take place from U.S. troops to the Afghans.

Though the two don't have much in common in terms of policy, Palin said the ultimate goal for the United States in Afghanistan should be to turn responsibility over to the Afghan government and people.

"The people there, the government there, should be able to take over and to have a more peaceful existence there for the people who live there -- without American interference, if you will," she said.

There are several reasons why certain individuals in NL defend Jewish cause blindly. It has to do primarily with religion but there are also those in here who believe they are the lost tribes of Israel. For these two groups the word "Jew" is sacred. Telling them that Jesus was persecuted and subsequently killed by the Jews and that Mohammed condemned these Jews as enemies of the scriptures and the faithfuls makes no significant impact. . .it goes in one ear and transits out in the other. They are set in their blindness and no amount of word to the contrary will restore vision for them.

I have noticed all thread related to Israel always lead to a “claim” or rather a question.  Some comments give straight answers to this question even before it is asked, others just rant about without an answer, and without saying the given answer is wrong.  Some have political theories to cover up the answer; while others think the answers have religious connotation.

Does Islamic religion calls for the death of all Jews?  The answer of the question is a simple yes of no.

Yeswecan has tried so hard to give a definite answer to the cause of the problem we have in Middle East, citing the hatred of the Jews by the Muslims, Ikomi tried to cover it up with political theories while known “Anti Jews” like Afam and Lagosboy decided to take the back seat on this one. I must commend you guys on that; still all Muslims in the board has refused to give a "yes or no "answer to the question, they rather talk around the issues and bring up political theories. I want to say this statement is wrong “a woman who doesn’t know how to cook” because she can’t be addressed as a woman, you can use girl, lady, female or whatever. It’s like saying a doctor who just got admitted to study medicine you can only be addressed as a doctor after graduation.

If you can’t cook, am sorry you are not a woman even if you have 20 children, you can be a mother but not woman. Just anyone can be a mother.

It is a shame some people can't distinguish between a female and a woman.

Some women are normally regarded as "Man of the house" this is not because they have penis or any male physic it is mainly because of the role they played. So man and woman of the house is about the role it is not same thing as male and female. If she can't cook she not a woman, if he can't provide for his family he is not a man, this is even biblical.

Lets see it from another angle. Imagine your own mother can't cook. Ha ! God forbid bad thing.
