I don't believe that anyone from earth has died, been to heaven and hell and then back again.
I don't know where they get their story from but I choose not to believe and oh, it's my choice not yours.

what the pastor did was an insult. There are a thousand and one better ways to pass such information.
How do you expect the lady to feel? Oh yes the pastor is her spiritual director, but would you love to be controlled that way.
