Kasshogy, you have not responded to the miniflat i spoke with you about.I guess you are not intrested in it.You hadly see landlord or agent that collect 1 yr rent from new incoming tenant.The one i got for you the opton is even good , that you pay 400k for one year ,the agency fee and the agreement fee will be 10 % of 350k for 2 yrs,which is 140k for both.What you are paying is 540k and if there is any service charge it will not be more than 20 to 30k.

A self contain is kind of 1 room apartment where you have your kitchen separate,toilet and baths are together in a separate compound.It is the samething as miniflat but just it use to be single room and in some cases it is 2 room self contain.The advantages is that is you don't shear anything with anybody but still one room.While the advantages is that there is no exit door to the backyard or to the kitchen.
