Am truly sorry to hear this but first of all, how old is she? Is she a graduate and is she working? If she's young, a graduate and workin, then there seem to be a problem though not such that cant be solved. My advice to u is to first of all remove ur manly ego and relax ur mind. Dont let that possessive nature of a husband get over u. The more u try to persuade her, the more she feels she's under pressure and will think more of that man. Young married women are nt always satisfied with their "early" marriages and feel they are being caged. Dnt think of quitin. Rather think more of children i.e getin her pregnant. It'll help her appreciate the marriage more. U're nt alone in this situation. Take ur time. Dnt try to force it on her. Dnt get emotional or beg her cuz it wil hold u down. Young girls are only proud of their marriage outside. |
Do they have the "NIGERIA MUST GO BAG"? i want to buy. Lol |

Abeg house, none of my operamini is browsing. Does anyone have a clue. |
Its very possible to now assume that Yar'adua could have died last year since reports came from THE AMERICAN CHRONICLES. considering the manner he was smuggled into the country. |
Why wont we abuse u guys. Servants of the white people. After una don lick their nyash finish u'll come here and make cynical remarks about nigeria without taking into consideration the fact that u have no firsthand experience of wat u're talkin abt. Hate it or love it, whether u were born in the white man's land, nigeria is the only country u can call urs and watever happens here affect how ur white masters look at u losers and cowards. |

Mama gee get some sleep will u? U're too tired from ur all day nairaland ramblings. Does anyone pay u for all these? Childish? I just made an assertion. Argue it out if u're not sleepy. |
I honestly cannot fathom why the rise of G. Jonathan from lecturer to acting president is attributed to his name. Why are people shallow-minded that they cannot make rational judgements? What about those whose names are Lucky? Are they that lucky? Now if and when things go wrong for this A.V.P Jonathan, will his name change. Remember the end justifies the means. Consider wether he has really done anything good for the people in all his "lucky" positions. This guy could be worse off. Nigeria cried out for a leader irrespective of who it will be. Keep ur fingers + |
@ Eziachi did i hear u call nigerian graduates illiterate? Lets look at ur first sentence "what fact has you got" |
Thats quite funny. |
The opponents of this topic are just too fo.oolish that they cannot deduce the salient point of the thread which emphasizes unity in diversity. Please spare us such unwarranted prevarication of issues and make commendable judgements. |
With all said and done, u can see that this is the most practicable election results ever since 1993. U can have reservations but thats the truth. |
@Adigun u dey see me see trouble? No mind them jare. Them no dey reason. |
Some nairalanders are foolish! Just weeks ago, everyone was dora how she's dissapointed us; how she and aondaaka have manipulated the nation. Then suddenly for whatever reason, she says something that only takes courage to do and the same foo.lish nairalanders are asking if thats her job to do such. I have a hunch that some nigerians dont knw their left or right. Pathetic numbskulls! Corruption apologists! |
Wonder why whenever i bump in here, there's nuffin gud to read. Seun do somethin! |
A lot of people dont know that cancer is even more dangerous than the hiv u guys are rollin threads on. Well if am the only one that cared to put up a thread, then am happy i did! |
OMG i cant believe we all forgot to honour those who lost their lives to cancer; Gani F, maryam b, yinka c, and on the list goes. The message today centres on healthy living, good diet etc. Some of us may have or knw sum1 suffering frm cancer. Lets encourage and give them all support we can hoping that one day, the world will be free from cancer. |
@beneli it would be obviously understating to say that u have rambled. In fact u have given a more comprehensive insight to my condition especially ur emphasis on misdiagnosis and spiritual miscontruction. Early last yr, while still serving in kebbi state i was suddnly awoken one mornin by intense dyspnea and i panicked excessively that i was hospitalized with malaria as a provisional diagnosis. After the trauma, i had hardly recuperated when i felt a recurrence. But this time, it felt self inflicted cuz i was apprehensive of a relapse and BOOM! It came. I then travelled for treatment and that marked the onset of gastrointestinal disturbances(a new diagnosis). To cut it short, i experienced recurrence of these gastro disturbances whenever i had intense psychological stress occasioned by fear of relapse. Not until my panics became severe did i get this diagnosis GAD and depersonalization. But before this, i got depressed cuz i cudnt determine wat was wrong wit me despite all the hospital visits and malaria treatments. Then came the panics. I've been on imipramine for over three months currently on 100mg a day. The physical symptoms have disappeared. Now just the depersonalization which has although reduced in intensity but is chronic. I may discuss CBT wit my psychiatrist. And the memory of my ordeal and trauma keeps distracting my full recovery. I must say that am very grateful for ur time taken to visit my case. God bless u. |
Is mclovin the only doctor that cares? |
If godfatherism is a thing of the past, could u please explain why there was no primaries in pdp when it was evident that there were other contestants in the party? Why did his selection lack unanimity? Is chris uba the only godfather in anambra? U really think he has lost his influence? I think u started this thread to engender a personality cult on soludo and with the responses u've gotten, u have a misguided philosophy. |
Jaybee help me ask this guy oo. Which point are u making? Sometimes, i cant fathom why people are nt calculative. Is he the only scholar with such erudition? Why cant u distinguish education from politics? Considering the volatility and complexity of anambra politics, would u opt for an educated political novice where there are dogged politicians like ngige and obi who have battled relentlessly with these nefarious godfathers. The most pressing need in anambra is to get rid of the deep-rooted godfatherism and not that of economics. U seem to forget that the tenets and antecedents of pdp godfatherism could render the best crop of seasoned professionals handicap and unproductive leaving them as pathetic stooges. Maybe u could borrow a leaf from the once eulogized akunyili dora. |
Plz where can i get Obama's number to send him more names of these scumbags. We need another nigerian terrorist to 'attempt' to bomb UK and DUBAI. so that all there refuge locations will lock up. OSONDE-OWENDE |
am presently on imipramine |
Alright house, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists and medical professionals i'd like to get ur take take on issues concerning generalised anxiety disorder and depersonalisation phenomenon. i actually have been having these disturbances and i think i'll really like to hear ur analysis of what this is all about so that i can know how others feel about this. the depersonalisation stuff is just like feeling that u're outside ur body and yet u're not. so basically this triggers some kind of anxiety and on it goes. sometimes i get to think that this is fatal but my doc says its not and i believe that cuz am really getting better now. am on medications. i've been ill(gastrointestinal and abdominal breathing problems) for alot of while then so i thought it could be malaria or anything. i went for tests scans and nothing except the typhoid and malaria and ucler kind of problems. the scan even talked of gastritis. but i did the H.pylori test and it came negative. sometimes its like bitter taste in the mouth, sometimes i feel a choking sensation in the throat sometimes its like a lump in the throat. other times my muscle aches then my legs and feet get cold and the feet feels very light like there is no blood there. all these trigger some panic attacks but later i got the diagnosis as i have had some severe phsychological stress. now am on drugs and getting better. so plz the professionals what do u think of this? comments appreciated. |
