Make sure that while he is waiting, you dont ask him for money. Cuz thats when he starts thinking you are playing on him. |
Many times i get teased by my lady about being a real gentleman on first date. Trying to be her dream guy and when relationship sets in, its a lil different. I blush whenever she reminds me lol. Any of you have the same experience? |
naturalwaves: Girls with more than one type of earrings which means they av their ears pieced in two or more places.Gurls that exhibit those multiple piercings are most times usually promiscuous and those that are not,av very rough pasts.#Another sign to watch out for guys before U deep ur hands in fire#.Very rare and strange to find a good girl with such type of piercings.Bro, u're very correct! That, I can attest to. |
How necessary is HSE certification as a graduate of physics? Does it really give an edge when searching for a job? |
The newage Nigerian women boast the most materialistic of their counterparts in the world. Why has money become the centrepoint of any intersexual interraction? @topic, some women even prepare lavishingly good food and offer to their neighbors at the expense of their hubbies. Some women pay bills in their hubby's absence and demand a refund. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT EVERYBODY GOES INTO TODAY'S MARRIAGE WITH A SENSE OF INSECURITY AND THEREFORE CANNOT TOTALLY SUBMIT TO THE ONENESS OF IT'S UNION. |
mogbomoya: @sd-6,Yea it works really fine. At first i had to follow blank's advice about a plastic (safety cover) i have to fix when spinning. It works well and if u have a water source connected, it goes with more ease than having to pour in water using buckets. The clothes come out clean and spinning makes them almost dry. I tried it with my 2.5kva gen and it worked fine. I like it and my wife is really happy with that cuz she either multitasks with other chores or watches tv while d toploader does the job. |
Thanks guys, its been delivered!
|
lukkie: Nice one. Remember to buy washing powder too. Persil Colour is very good. Thanks bro, we have always used Ariel for hand wash and many people here say its good for the washer. I have however heard some mention persil powder. Anything specific about using it with a washer? |
semid4lyfe:Yea, I ordered for 5kg, LG WP750R |
You guys are great, am taking delivery of the washer tomorrow. My wife has already heaped the dirty clothes. I paid 33k for it. Hope I have the same experience(worked well) you all had. |
Ujujoan: I've been using the Thermocool equivalent of that machine for years now!How do you dry then since you dont use the spinner? |
Its about 33k here in Uyo |
afrobaby: I use this too, just in addition to what blank said, asides the fact that u have to set the sieve-like plastic well, the clothes must also be properly placed one at a time, if not, it may not work. At times, I feel it is spoilt until I rearrange the cloths, but it works well, prefer it to washing with ma hands, it is easier to operate and you can multitask while using itThanks for adding that. Cuz i was really skeptical about its effectiveness. I thought about the frontloader but this toploader seems ideal for the typical Nigerian. Do you use it with a generator if i may ask? |
Thanks bro, should get it by thursday. I really have to ease the laundry stress at home. Hope it works well for me. |
From what I've heard from the House, I think the toploader is ideal especially in Nigeria taking cognizance of our power and water supply. I assume the frontloaders may not work easily with the normal 2.5kva generators. |
blank: I use it. I also use it with my gen when I am really desperate. (Gen is 3.5kva I think). It is ok. Its not like the normal front loader that u can just push buttons and the clothes will wash, rinse and dry. Please how long have you used it? Please can you help me with a succinct description of how to use it. Thanks. |
Guys who know abt this should assist please before i displease my wife |
Wow, you guys rock. Thanks a lot. My wife says she wouldnt mind tranferring from washer to spiner. Just that I havent seen this type before. The dealer says It works with the regular 2500* generator. I have adequate water supply and think its fine with me as long as it works well. More insights are welcome. Thanks |
Please Nlanders has anybody used this topload washer before? Does it really work well?I really need to know cuz am getting it for my wife ASAP. Thanks a bunch

Just last year, he was in Nigeria. RIP covey |
Yea, rest is what it is. Maybe some fish p.soup and a bottle or more on sunday evening. |
Its pitiable. It would require self discipline and conscious integrity for borrowers to pay. A larger number of them are able yet reluctant to pay. Some become so envious of the money they'd pay back. It is therefore very important to assess an individual's financial behaviour, selfworth and esteem and your capacity to survive bad debts when taking lending decisions. Its rather safe to give out tokens than make huge lending commitments. |

It is typical to say "my name is". However a more technical approach would be "my names are". The latter takes into consideration the Nigerian three-name system i.e the first name, the middle name and the surname(last name). Saying my names are Bright Okechukwu Okorie emphasizes that you introduce yourself by the three-name system. However when you say my name is Bright, it indicates introduction by first name. Though traditionally, most people would say my name is Bright Okechukwu Okorie. Therefore, typically, 'my name is' is correct and technically, "my names are" is correct. |

They took my 200, and they must pay back! |
I cant imagine being broke when I have money in the bank and atm to make withdrawals. This is the case for intercontinental bank customers. After the takeover, the intercontinental atms have been useless(issuer inoperative) no transaction alerts. It takes hours and even days for deposits to reflect. Now you can only withdraw through the counter, even if its N1000. And access is less concerned as they havent been proactive. Even their atm machines are deserted. As a customer, am frustrated and am not alone in this as i have seen |
@teddy2011, its actually one of the three banks you mentioned underneath. Am just so confused, thanks anyways |
Pls i need ur advice people before i goof |
