Pls Nairalanders lets stop tribalising bad habits. All races have got their own and people do say "Everybody na thief but na the one wey dem catch naim road don end for"

But come to think of it, are these so called entertainers to blame for these acts? I think its us the society at large that is to blame. Can you imagine what would happen to somebody like this Baba Suwe if he was seen trekking around Mushin? We all know it wont take a second before Area Boys over crowd him and tell him he'll not move further until he drops "something" for them, not minding wether him sef kuku get small kudi for pocket or not.

I am an uncle to one of the rising music stars in Naija right now, do you know that he cant even come home freely anymore to see his mother (who is my elder sister) again? Everytime he comes now , he keeps about N20k in fresh mint notes to share to the area boys that will bombard their house and hold everybody to ransome. Right now I'm even afraid for them not to come kidnap my sister and demand for ransome some day. And this is not even Mushin oh!

The issue is we expect too much from these people, they're normal human beings like us working hard for daily bread but when the society places so much demands on them, this is what it ends up causing. The same thing most of our politicians face, ordinary Councillor will have to dish out over N1m monthly on goodwill and philantropy when his/her salary is not up to one third of that. Read recently when the present Governor of Yobe state said a prominent friend came to him with names of Thirty people he wanted him to employ into the state ministry, some of them his own children who are still in secondary schools - can you imagine that? Yobe state with just 17 Local Govt has the highest number of state workers in this country with about 46,000 employees. Even kano with 40 local govts has just 36,000. Where are we headed in this country for God's sake? where my people?

We need a rebirth in this country - not just the politicians, actors, actresses, musicians, etc even our so called learned like Professors and all that. Right now i have a rift with one of the professors in our Premier University bothering on fraud, can you imagine that? We need to beg God to give us a re-birth and new sense of commitment to this union called Nigeria - MAY GOD HELP US!!!

There is no sense at all in this idea. Even in US, you can still withdraw up to $10k which is equivalent of N1.5m naija money. I was in US last year and I withdrew $7.5k cash with my debit card from Chase Bank in Texas, no hassles at all. All these are just bullshit. There are people that spend more than that daily, does it mean they have to operate several accounts just to satisfy their daily expenditure needs. This guy don dey drive him car beyong the bridge oh! and very soon him go fall gidigba. I trust our national Assembly sha, dem wey be say na Ghana-Must-Go dem dey take share money like groundnut, u wan come limit them to N150K/day. make una no worry, very soon dem go summon am again for proper yabbis!!!
