Our client, a distributor for the world’s leading manufacturers of sanitary wares, accessories and building material seek to engage the services of a Warehouse/logistic officer.

Responsibilities
• Receive and dispatch goods and record stock movement.
• Maintain stock records on system.
• Ensure the correct packages are shipped to respective customers.
• Ensure processes are followed as regards to operations flows/matrix
• Orders issue resolutions
• To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
• To be involved in reconciliation of physical order received with the orders issued to different regions.
• Ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on all orders shipped to various locations.
Requirements
• Degree/HND in relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics and warehouse management
• Good written and Oral Communication skills, work well within a team environment
• Attention to details and the accuracy surrounding completing tasks.
• Disciplined in time keeping and achieving daily outputs as required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools especially Excel
• Excellent knowledge of dispatch management
• Must be married and reside on the Island.

• Follow up with legal department to ensure purchase is legal and binding.
• Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes.

Requirements

Job Description
