David Shayler, 49, has released a video on YouTube claiming there is “much evidence” that jihadis were not behind the atrocities which left 130 people dead in the French capital.
The former MI5 officer instead claimed “dark forces” linked to western intelligence services were behind the attacks on November 13.
Several years before Edward Snowden left the US National Security Agency (NSA) in 2013 and leaked confidential details of its spying techniques to the press in, Mr Shayler resigned from MI5 after five years working there in 1996.
He then leaked a series of details about MI5 operations, including claims MI6 was involved in a February 1996 failed assassination of former Libyan dictator Colonel Gaddafi.
He also claimed the 1993 Bishopsgate and 1994 Israeli Embassy bombings were known to the intelligence services in advance of being carried out and could have been prevented.
After leaking details to the Mail on Sunday in 1997, he fled to Utrecht in the Netherlands and later France, where he spent two years from 1998 to 2000 living in Boulevard Voltaire, where the Bataclan Theatre – the scene of the worst atrocity of the day took place, according to his video.
He said: “I think there is some dark design in the pattern of the attacks that took place in Paris on Friday, November 13.
“Once again it has been blamed on ISIS, but it appears to bear all the hallmarks of a Gladio-style operation.”
Operation Gladio was the codename for a clandestine NATO operation in Italy during the Cold War to prepare for and carry out armed resistance there in the event of a Warsaw Pact invasion and conquest.
Claims that alleged terrorist attacks in Italy during the cold war were actually carried out by secret NATO officers have been subject to parliamentary inquiries in Switzerland and Belgium.
Mr Shayler even incredibly suggested in his video that the two-hour siege by French police in the wake of the attacks had been staged, saying there was little footage posted to social media.
He said: “They left ID. They would have been highly trained not to leave ID, so anyone who believes that has got to be pretty gullible.”

One would think that the behavior the Islamic State displays in its own propaganda videos is argument enough to condemn it. By using obviously fake IS documents to condemn the Islamic State the U.S. military creates the opposite effect. Despite the big media names carrying this story we were suspicious about it from the outset.
A closer examination confirmed our doubts. Tucked away in the third paragraph of the following article is the giveaway: its real source is mentioned. It is none other than the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights, a one-man operation based in Coventry, England, and run by Rami Abdulrahman, a Syrian expatriate who hasn’t been back to his homeland in nearly twenty years.
Nonetheless, a host of big media names are carrying this report. Including the BBC, the Independent, the Washington Postand Sky News.
Whenever the Syrian Human Rights Observatory (SOHR) releases a report it gets widespread coverage throughout the corporate media. This despite the fact that its reports are often uncorroborated and based on nothing more than the word of Rami Abdulrahman.
Only a week ago he was claiming that “ ten children were among 45 civilians killed by Syrian regime strikes“. That report was also unsubstantiated and remained so. Despite that, like the following report it also got wall-to-wall coverage in the corporate media and one has to ask why?
What makes reports from Abdulrahman so authoritative? Especially when he hasn’t been back to Syria in nearly twenty years; when he runs his one man operation from a house in Coventry, England; and when his reports usually remain unconfirmed and unsubstantiated. Making them little more than hearsay.
I run this website from a small house in the Scottish Borders but the corporate media don’t pay me any attention. So why are Abdulrahman’s reports getting blanket media coverage? Could it be because they invariably portray the government of President Assad and his Russian supporters in a negative light; with stories that are uncorroborated and remain so.
Let’s not forget that the West has been trying to remove President Assad for nearly four years now. Often using outright disinformation in efforts to drum up support against him. As when it was claimed that Syrian government forces had used poison gas in an attack on civilians at Al Ghouta. As it turned out the U.S. had drawn-up plans to launch an attack on civilians and blame the Assad regime for the carnagethat followed, just as had happened at Al Ghouta.
Some of the mainstream media outlets are now beginning to realise that elements in the alternative media suspect that Abdulrahman is not be what he claims. That he may indeed be a paid disinformation agent. So now, like the Independent report, they don’t mention Abdulrahman and they’ve disingenuously renamed their media source as Human Rights Watch rather than the SOHR.
Nonetheless, it’s no coincidence that these reports all appear within hours of each other so they probably all come from the same original source, which the following Washington Post report kindly names.
Moreover the Independent reportquotes eyewitnesses to the events:
One local resident, Sameh al-Muazin, said he had seen mangled bodies in the main Jalaa street of the city, adding that people feared a further round of intensive bombing. Residents say they distinguish Russian planes that fly at high altitudes in sorties from Syrian helicopters that mainly drop indiscriminate barrel bombs at much lower heights.
“Everyone is afraid that this is just the beginning,” he said.
Crucially however, the Independent fails to inform readers that these “eyewitness accounts” are being related by none other than Rami Abdulrahman. The Independent report goes onto claim that “at least 73 people” were killed when Russian warplanes struck using “cluster munitions”.
Again, the Independent makes no mention of Abdulrahman and the SOHR but that is where this information is probably coming from. These are moreover serious allegations of what are in effect War Crimes, but the now the Independent is being evasive about the origins of the report.
Worse still the following Washington report alleges that the Russians have been bombing court houses “full of civilians”, or so Abdulrahman would have us believe. However, we suggest readers wait before rushing to judgement as we suspect that confirmation of his claims will not be forthcoming anytime soon.

Hackers have claimed that a number of Islamic State supporters' social media accounts are being run from internet addresses linked to the Department of Work and Pensions.
A group of four young computer experts who call themselves VandaSec have unearthed evidence indicating that at least three ISIS-supporting accounts can be traced back to the DWP.
Every computer and mobile phone logs onto the internet using an IP address, which is a type of identification number.

The hacking collective showed Mirror Online details of the IP addresses used by a trio of separate digital jihadis to access Twitter accounts, which have been used to spread extremist propaganda.
At first glance, the IP addresses seem to be based in Saudi Arabia, but upon further inspection using specialist tools they appeared to link back to the DWP.

Jamie Turner, an expert from a firm called PCA Predict, discovered a record of the sale of IP addresses, and found a large number were transferred to Saudi Arabia in October of this year.

He told us it was likely the IP addresses could still be traced back to the DWP because records of the addresses had not yet been fully updated.
The Cabinet Office has now admitted to selling the IP addresses on to Saudi Telecom and the Saudi-based Mobile Telecommunications Company earlier this year as part of a wider drive to get rid of a large number of the DWP's IP addresses.
It said the British government can have no control over how these addresses are used after the sale.

A Cabinet Office spokesperson said:"The government owns millions of unused IP addresses which we are selling to get a good return for hardworking taxpayers.
"We have sold a number of these addresses to telecoms companies both in the UK and internationally to allow their customers to connect to the internet.
"We think carefully about which companies we sell addresses to, but how their customers use this internet connection is beyond our control."
The government did not reveal how much money was made from selling the IP addresses to the pair of Saudi firms, because it regards this information as commercially sensitive.

A Christmas choir had a surprise visitor overnight after Bashar Assad made an appearance at a church in the Syrian capital of Damascus where rehearsals were taking place.
The Syrian president and his wife, Asma, visited the Notre Dame de Damas Church, an ancient cathedral located just 2 kilometers from the rebel-held neighborhood of Jobar in the eastern suburb of Ghouta in Damascus.
Assad and his wife chatted with the men and women of the "Joy Choir," who were practicing ahead of a performance on Christmas Eve, state media said Saturday.
The couple were seen smiling and posing for pictures with the group and also listened to the recital of Christmas poems at the church, which was hit by mortar fire on Friday.
The visit coincided with the adoption of Friday’s UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire and political settlement in Syria, which was unanimously adopted. The resolution refrained from mentioning the Syrian leader.

NO COUNTRY FOR JESUS LOVERS
Most countries would be very proud to be home the world's heavyweight champion, but it took less than 24 hours for the hit pieces to come out.The Daily Mail'schief sports writer Oliver Holt quoted Fury: "There are only three things that need to be accomplished before the Devil comes home. One of them is homosexuality being legal in countries, one of them is abortion and the other is paedophilia."
This prompted a petition asking the BBC to withdraw Tyson Fury's name from thesports personality of the yearcontest. So far the BBC hasn't pulled his name but another athlete has dropped out in protest. Next a gay former policeman went to the police in hopes of having Fury charged with a hate crime, Fury did get a visit from the cops but no charges were filed.
MORE THAN JUST A BOXER
Fury plans to be much more than a boxing star: "I don't just see it as a way of earning some money," he told theDaily Mail. "I believe I can be used much more beneficially to spread the word of God throughout the world than maybe a thousand pastors could throughout their churches. They get a hundred people, or two hundred or a thousand people in their church. I can just go on Twitter, put one message on, over a quarter of a million of people have seen it."
Illuminati Jewish social engineers are very wary of charismatic icons. John Lennon, who I'm no fan of, was a man that they built up and later had to liquidate. How about Muhammad Ali? You have to wonder if he was given a special brand of Parkinson's made in a biological weapons laboratory. Sure they proclaim him a hero, but what influence can he have now that he's an invalid? I expect they'll deal with Fury a bit like they dealt with Mel Gibson and a bit like they dealt with Rob Ford.
SATANISTS HATE THE HEALTHY
Fury impressed me even morewhen he responded to the petition and the article. He has more personality in his baby finger than all the other nominees combined. He talked a bit about his wife as well, "My wife's there, her job is cooking, cleaning and looking after the kids, that's it. She does get to make some decisions, what's she's gonna cook for my tea when I get home." He also said of wife Paris: "She's a very privileged woman to have a husband like me. Not everyone is in her position, but the ones that are, are very lucky."
Unfortunately Sunday the Daily Mirrorran a story about a woman who had hooked up with Fury when he was temporarily separated from his Paris.
Tyson and Paris have been together for 10 years and are expecting their 3rd child. It seems they did have a rough patch but worked it out. The only reason for running that story was to defame Tyson for asserting what should be the default opinion of every red blooded man in England. Funny that Fury said he never attended school, you know things are bad when you have a better chance at becoming normal being raised in a band of gypsies than going to public school.
His wife even claimed that they did not share a bed until they were married, that he would sleep in a caravan at her parents' house and she would sleep inside, saying "that is the travelers' way." That used to be the way everywhere.
TOUGH ENOUGH?
The good news is that Fury is mentally tough. Legendary trainer Emmanuel Steward predicted some time ago that Fury was the future of the division. He discounted others who were just as good because he said they weren't as tough mentally as Fury.
I hope that Tyson Fury and his wife can stay devoted to each other. I also hope that Fury sticks to his guns and maintains his stance on these subjects but he has to be more careful. He has the wits to out talk most journalist, with some advice he could give the establishment trouble.
It will be interesting to see what he'll say when he wins the sports personality of the year award this Sunday.
