A new virus known as HANTAVIRUS has been detected in YUNNAN province of China. Unlike the corona virus, this virus is not airborn and cannot be transmitted from person to person. It is contacted when a person touches his/her mouth, nose or eyes after coming in contact with rodents urine, droppings or pesting materials.
Currently it has killed a man in China and scientists are now studying the virus.

Presently learning to be one. Started with html and css and presently in bootstrap. Want to learn all front end technologies then pickup a low level language preferably Java or C sharp.

But like you I own a startup and trust me if there's remotely anything with technology you have to implement it's best to learn and do it yourself O. Paying someone outside to write your code won't work. If it's a website or an app it's has to be regularly updated and all how will you do that?

Ideally, I will need a co-founder who has vast experience in web development. He will have a certain equity in the company. Because its a serious financial issue which requires a lot of monetary transactions, such a person needs to own part of the business to ensure confidentiality!

1. There's what we call a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in software development. So, get like 25% of the funds you think it will cost to build the idea then ask your developer to build an MVP of the idea. MVP is the most basic features of the solution you're trying to build. This means that you'll only continue building the software after evaluating that it's really viable to provide solution in the long run.

However, the developer needs to sign another document we call Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which literally prevents the developer from discussing about your idea or the software he's building elsewhere.

2. The second way of doing this is to get a developer you can trust and ask him to be part of the business, in other words; the co-founder of your business. Doing it this way, will force the developer to keep all information confidential until completion of the development. Another advantage of this is that, you won't pay any money to the developer which mostly tends to be huge amount of Naira because, the developer renders that service as part of him being a co-founder.

If you'd ask me for a candid advice, I'll suggest that you go with the second option because surveys show that companies started by one entity most likely tend to fail compared to those started by two or three parties.

This is sound. I am not afraid of having a co-founder. Infact, having a co-founder is really important to me. I believe this idea I have will one day make a great change in the way we do business in Nigeria. With the vision I have about this, very big financial institutions will want to be part of this. Are you a developer?

They get a technical co founder. That's what a CTO does. Some companies also give their first set of employees equity (part ownership in the company). It's going to be really hard to convince a good developer to work with you in Nigeria a good one I am not talking of mediocres. The most amazing developers we have here either freelance, work in top companies here in Nigeria or work remotely for startups abroad. Goodluck convincing one to abandon all that for the uncertainty of a startup.

You can't patent an idea. Besides ideas are nothing and execution is everything if you think your idea is innovational then you should learn to code by yourself and implement it.

Please every state should participate in this RUGA. Dont say it should be for the north alone. All state Government should have their own RUGA but it should be solely controlled by the state government and her citizens. This is because, in the nearest future (if the country remains united) RUGA will be included into the national budget and only states with RUGA will benefit. Be wise.

In this new year, a lot of people have made new year resolutions. Many people have listed their goals and aspirations for the year. I am one of such people, and at the top of my list is SELF DEVELOPMENT.
I made a decision to improve myself academically but because of financial constraints, it seems this is going to be an uphill battle for me.
I made efforts to register(join) the COURSERA community. For some of us who don't know what Coursera represents, they are an online education community where students can get online education, ranging from free courses, degree programs and masters programs in several fields of study and it is as legit as physical education. They are affiliated with top universities and institutions around the world especially in the UK and USA.
As I undertake this new venture, I am deeply in need of a mentor, either a male or female, someone I can look up to and it must be someone who is well grounded in coursera programs.

I got your point bruh. I used to think in your direction of thought too. But my perspective currently is that I don't need my woman to be necessarily be the financial woman type. So far she has the physical and character specs I want in a woman, even if she is so poor as church rat, ẹ no concern me. I believe if I am financially strong and I love her, that is enough. My financial freedom is also her financial freedom.

Oga you still miss the point. Am not saying we should throw shades at women. In terms of relationships and romance, women are light years ahead of us the men. This is why a woman will stick with you for 20yrs and when you finally make it in life, you will hear her say "I saw something in you". The point I am trying to pass across is that as you venture into the business of relationships, look for women who have financial stability. Not when she needs to buy pant she will call you, when she is hungry she will call you, when she comes to your house she will open her hand for transport fare (as if she did home delivery for you). Please stay away from this kind of women.

To those category of men, a teacher is financially stable. Financial stability is relatively. There are families who have a teacher as thier farther and thier mum is also a teacher and they are doing really well. There are also people who see bankers as poor people. To each his own.

Over the years, there has been this notion that broke guys should not be in relationship and I think this has to start applying to women.
There is no romance without finance. This has been a cliche that has been used by the female folk for quite a while and in all sincerity, it is the truth. Every relationship, be it marriage or courtship or boy/girl romance needs money to drive those exciting moments that makes the relationship memorable.
Being broke is relative. It means different things to different people. There is no universal benchmark to ascertain a certain level of financial freedom that can be classified as being financially stable. For instance, lady A can decide to marry a guy who earns 100k, and to her, that guy is financially stable while lady B can decide to have nothing to do with a guy who earns less than 500k per month.
That said, I think it is only right for guys to also demand financial stability from thier partner before dating or marriage. Everyone has priorities and relationship needs and I think it is not wise to date anyone (male or female) who has money issues. Just as girls curve "broke guys" guys must also curve broke girls. That is not to say all broke guys should be curved. There are some guys who are ambitious and hardworking but they are yet to achieve that financial freedom. To this group of guys, ladies should learn how to stick with them because thier breakthrough is juat by the corner.
So guys, dont date or marry any lady who sees you as key to financial freedom or stability. In a relationship, both parties are meant to benefit equally.
During sex, both parties enjoy it equally (although there is a school of thought that thinks women enjoy sex more than men), both parties should do house chores together, both parties should take care of the kids together and the woman should compliment her man financially.
