Abuja is different, development control will mark the building even at foundation level,if the developer don't listen they will leave it till it is completed and they will bring it down. The major problem is the corrupt civil servants collecting money from developers for approvals, some developers are just stubborn......

Northerners have occupied the position of FCT and

Wike's appointment as FCT minister was rejected by them and they were the ones clamouring for a Gbagi person to be appointed.

Note that Wike is the only southerner to be minister of the FCT. This same Wike is supposed to be an Ibo according to the same Ohaneze and Wike's Rivers state has contributed more to Abuja's development through oil revenue.
