EmperorCaesar: Baba, U once said you are an employer of labour with a lot of workers under so I would wanna believe u know a lil things about Ecnonomics
I'm surprised to see u saying all these despite knowing the possible effect of this high minimum wage on the economy of the country in relative to inflation
You, SpecialAdviser, Acidosis and Spatialking1 should know this would cause more harm than good Don't mind that moniker... He is after anything that will collapse the country... How can someone who claimed to be a employer of labour be here suggesting 250K as minimum wage, I'm sure he did not the side effect of what he is asking for. |

Phantom233: What are they doing with the fuel subsidy recovered funds? They should channel half of the 1trillion they claimed to be saving from fuel sunsidy to the minimum wage. After all their children don't survive on minimum wages. The is where we start asking the state governors... Their allocations has been on the increase since last year and till now some state are not paying 30K minimum wage. |

Strike has began, what are we expecting NLC to settle for, is it #150,000; #250,000 or #450,000? 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
What is your take? To be realistic.. #100,000 should be a good achievement... Anything above that, then we should be expecting the return of many more states to be owing workers. The Governors are the real enemies of the masses. |

Goodvibes007: Ironically, it was Ironsi (an Ibo man) and Ojukwu (an Ibo man) that arrested and charged Ijaw man Adaka Borro for trying to break the Niger Delta away from Nigeria. They had the power and never envisaged that their will be a counter coup. Same Ironsi filled his government with Ibo people who were wrongly advising him. You know and understand the history, but some people here listen to lies from their elders and they're trying to manipulate the truth. You will hardly see Ironsi kinsmen talk about how he capture and kill Adaka Boro in all their history. |

LOVEALAIGBO: You’re not making sense! So from where did Awo get the authority and confidence to declare that (and i paraphrase here) ‘if the Easterners were allowed to exit Nigeria, that the West would japa as well’!? You can read but have comprehension issue... The OP asked a question about who is right and wrong between Ojukwu a military Governor and Awolowo who is just a Minister. |

So you expect a civilian without any Military backing to declare a new country under the Military Government? Try and read about what happened to Adaka Borro on the Niger Delta. |

Make e no b like the one he commissioned in his village yesterday This is not rehabilitation work but a fresh construction and dualisation of the road... I am not a fan of Dapo Abiodun, but kudos to him for doing this road.. Now going to Ilaro from Agege people don't have any business with that Sango/Abeokuta expressway anymore. He should try and start work on the Ijoko-Agbado road. |

He needs to explain why he will entertain such case in the night, law that a state assembly passed for the good of their state, especially as the plaintiffs has no locus The judge will claim his signature was forged. vanitybutiwanti: Lol, let me give you a breakdown of what will happen on the 29th, bookmark my post, I'm on ground and I don't rely on comments from uninformed social media commenter, firstly on the 29th, the court of Appeal will affirm the 27 lawmakers as the authentic Rivers state House of assembly members, secondly a judgement will be issued from the High Court in Abuja, instructing the governor not to tamper with LGA funds and also giving validity to the tenure elongation since he has refused to conduct an election, I'm sure you're surprised? That's because empty barrel makes the loudest noise and fubara the empty barrel has been making a lot of noise, 21 out of 23 LGA Chairmen are not leaving the council on the 17th of June and nothing will happen, they will also be provided with adequate security from Abuja Nice Satire. |

vanitybutiwanti: A counter judgement will be issued by the high court in Abuja on the 29th of may, all the chairmen are not leaving their seats Let's wait and see the Judge that will put his neck on such issue. You people think if Wike can have his way by extending the LGA tenure will be a bad precedent for the country. Other states will start emulating such acts. |

Samuel Nwanosike is thinking this is 2015 when Wike was ammending the LGA laws just for Wike to continue appointing him as Care-taker Chairman of Ikwerre LG more than 3 times and then contested subsequent elections. You have been the Ikwerre LGA chairman since 2015 and here you are boasting as if that office is his birthright.. Fubara already told them all that if a fly is hurt because of them, they will face the full wrath of the law. |

Am not a card carrying member of any party but with the huge decamping from pdp and internal quarrels cause by the ingrate Obaseki and labour party fielding a Benin man again, then the coast is clear for Apc. Their candidate and his deputy are grassroot politicians and very popular in their various senatorial district. Many politician from edo central from pdp and even labour has been decamping since senator okpeboho emerges as the apc gubernatorial candidate. He is always analysing based on his emotions and hatred for the broom party. |
