Though the high court has same jurisdiction with the federal high court. I think the order should have come from the federal high court because the NWC of the PDP conducting the primary is not in Edo but Abuja.

I thought Obaseki and his supporters said the main cause of his fight with Oshiomhole is because He don’t want any Godfather. Now He is jumping from one God father to another.
Obaseki has proofed that he can’t be trusted, if PDP make that mistake they will surely regret it. He’s not loyal to anybody but to his selfish self.

The audio is real. This conversation happened sometimes in 2017 when APC was having Mega rally in Elekahia stadium. As at that time Gov Ortom of Benue was still in APC.

Things are getting out of hand with our democracy. They’re all fighting for their selfish reasons.

the court is sitting on the case tomorrow, if the request is granted then obaseki within 24 hours will have to get stay of execution to participate on Thursday primary

At the bolded will be hard to get stay of Execution order in less than 24 hrs.

This is not a course for concern at all, since it is in the PDP constitution to grant waiver to aspirants that have not stayed in the party for two years, Obaseki should go to another federal High court in another state and file for "stay of execution" for him to participate in the primaries coming up on Thursday.
After the primary he can then go to appeal court to file a substantive suit for the case

The case is not about giving waiver. It is about Obaseki buying the nomination for and screening after the deadline has elapsed.
And that’s what the court will rule on tomorrow.
