My only doubt about this story is that if you drop out of school abroad, you will lose you status and hence, will be asked to leave the country.

rottennaija:
That's misplaced priority. First of all, how will they test the efficacy of their discoveries? And how will they know it works unless the have an infected patients or the sample of the virus to test it with? How will they get the virus sample to test? You will end of having people who work for their selfish interest thereby working against the interests of the general public.

This is an unworkable solution.

Why not call for the assembly of the best scientist and biochemist in Nigeria, give them a good lap, feed them, provide 24 hrs electricity with the best electronic gadgets and laboratory equipments and have them work together towards having a solution to the virus?

Common, who advises these people self? They need better advisers.
Exactly my thought. No mind those set if dumbos

If that record is true, that must be the time of the great flood.
But Back in Nigeria they is no such of records above 200 yeres, dose is mean that our ancestors eat everything as we do today?
LMAO!!!! Bruh! There’s nothing like that in science. On the geological time scale, there were different species whose presence were influenced by temperature, forage and all.

But why is Nigerian universities so useless? What stops the Marine departments in these schools from mapping this ?

Or we are.waiting for foreigners to come and verify the depth for us ?

The coach is not good enough. A good coach can use the strength advantage these girls have to advance to a good stage in this competition. I’m yet to see any meaningful interchange between Oparanozie, Oshoala and Ordega. Our right wing back, Okeijebu gives me joy.

Wait Hausa women not dey play ball? grin

I just perused her resume and didn't see the connection and how she can contribute to the development of ICPC. This is exactly why this country is experiencing stunted growth.
Politics › Re: Biography Of Hannatu Mohammed ICPC Board Member, Born 1992, Did NYSC In 2016 by seankay(m): 10:31pm On May 11, 2019
I read her resume and i don’t see the connection with ICPC. This is one of the reasons why there’s no development in Nigeria, because those who are well knowledgeable in a field are not appointed. SMH

Sports › Re: Kelechi Iheanacho: Nigeria Coach Questions Striker's Commitment by seankay(m): 6:13pm On Mar 22, 2019
bigtt76:
His problem was that he wanted to rise too fast above his seniors. When he started out at ManCity, and was banging in goals, he thought he was now on the same level as Aguero and Sterling to the extent of him going to drag ball to take penalty kick, from Sterling a more senior player to him.

Same thing at the last worldcup, Ahmed Musa was on the way to score a goal he worked for and there was Kelechi begging for the ball to score an open net. That smacks of disrespect .....that marked the beginning of his downfall.
There’s nothing wrong with starting at Man city since he had the quality. Mind you, his time at Man city wasn’t a failure cos he had an amazing scoring record for his age. Starting at Man city even helped his career cos it added a bit hype and made a club like Leicester signed him. Imagine if he flopped at Leicester, he would be signed by a lesser club.

Pep had to let him go because he didn’t really suit his style. Iheanacho should have put in more work of extra training to prove Pep wrong and make them activate his buy back clause. He’s just a lazy and distracted boy, which is typical of most African players.
Sports › Re: Kelechi Iheanacho: Nigeria Coach Questions Striker's Commitment by seankay(m): 2:26pm On Mar 22, 2019
African players never strive to get better. They are contented with their ability as long as they are getting paid. SMH

Iheanacho has what it takes to be world class but he seems not to have that interest.

Politics › Re: The Next Census Will Cost Over N220 Billion - Population Commission Reveals by seankay(m): 3:17am On Mar 22, 2019
Waste of money. You can put some system in place to give you the population of that region. BVN is an example. In the US, since your SSN is connected to your account and other things, it’s very easy to determine the population of a particular area.

Create a system that links bvn, national ID card, drivers license, voters card etc. you will know the population and not need to waste billions which can be used to generate electricity and revive some industries.

Yes, there will be more flooding because of global warming, leading to climate change.

Yes there will be disagreement between nations due to disagreement over depleting shared resources, but there won’t be war because there is still enough to sustain countries involved.

Same old permutation, just a different year.

Happy new year y’all
