They flew forward in attack and track back quickly when defending. if you have five men in midfield. When your wing backs go forward. Your 3 man-defence and a holding midfielder stay back. Almost like a back four.

Players for the wings? Certainly not attacking midfielders or wingers like Valencia and Young. They are not defensive in nature. You need defenders with an attacking mentality.
