"Dorm Life" Hmn
I went to FGGC Onitsha and was in dorm from JSS 1 to SSS 3. SO I had my full dose of dorm life and men it was fun and bitter all together. I don't know how it is in the USA but I bet you get to to live with different people from different backgrounds and that means having to tolerate a lot of things. But I don't think it will as tough as here in Nigeria where Senior gals bully the hell out of you.
Hmn I had my share of all that and I also confess that I did my own share of bullying too as a senior girl.
The period I enjoyed most sha was always first terms when we had interhouse sports. I was an athlete then and a passionate one at that. I remember even doing a marathon race when I was not feeling fine and guess what, I came 16th out of 100 participants! That was great, aint it.
Well that's my two cents and men its a loooooooooooooooooooong time now.
Cheers kiss
Ok Thanks!!!

Hmmm, Let me see

1. I used to Skip Home economics Class all the time before the teacher came in. All The Females had to wait every Thursday after school to get taught how to sew.I hated it.I bounced out the door with the boys very quickly and ran home.

2. Me and 3 of my Best Friends(Edwina, Siatta & Blessing) in Liberia used to Join all our money together and Buy Rice and eat during recess. Me and Edwina used to Hide some of our money and buy Icy Cool Aid after School.

3. During Exam week, Me and my friends again used to write the History answers on our Thigh. Some other days, we would Write the answers on The Chair or Open our Copybook to the answer page and hide it under our feet.

4. We used to get beaten in School on our Behind and In our Palm.During Spelling Bee Week, We will go to the bathroom before The Spelling teacher came in the classroom. In the bathroom, We Stuffed our Panties with copy Books. That way we won't feel the Pain when Getting Whooped on our ASS.If We were getting whooped on Our Hands, We used to Spit in our Palms and rub it all over.In that way, The Stick or Ruler will slide off and we wont feel the Pain.

Celebrities › Jennifer Hudson Nephew Body May Be Found! by SeanT21(op): 9:30pm On Oct 27, 2008
Police in Chicago searching for the nephew of Oscar-winning actor Jennifer Hudson, whose mother and brother were murdered last Friday, have found the body of a boy in an SUV.

The child, believed to be about seven years old, may be Julian King, who went missing from the family home where his grandmother and uncle were shot dead. A spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office said investigators had been sent to the scene. A spokesperson for the Chicago Police Department refused to comment.

Over the weekend, authorities had issued an amber alert for the child, and said they were looking for a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban in connection with the case. Hudson had offered a $100,000 reward for his safe return.

Julian is the son of the actor's sister, Julia Hudson. Jennifer's mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson, were found dead following an apparent domestic incident on Friday. William Balfour, who was married to Julia and who was also thought to live at the property, has been arrested by police.

The house is reportedly owned by the actor, who had recently successfully restarted her singing career following her foray into acting. Hudson rose to fame on the talent show American Idol, but it was her Academy Award-winning turn as Effie White in the musical Dreamgirls which brought her to widescale public attention.

I can not wait to see this Film starring Miss Jolie. I think he is one of the best Producer in Hollywood. Million Dollar Baby was a fantastic movie Produced by him also.

Angelina Jolie + Clint Eastwood=Classic!!!

The Film is base on a true story. Here is a quick overview from WIKI.

"The film is set in late 1920s Los Angeles and is based on a real-life incident related to the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders, an infamous kidnapping and murder case that spanned 1928–1930 and received nationwide attention in the United States. When single mother Christine Collins (Jolie) returns home from her job as a telephone operator, she finds that her nine-year-old son, Walter, is missing. An exhaustive search for the boy proves unproductive, but five months later a child claiming to be Walter is returned to her by police. Despite knowing that the boy is not Walter, overcome by conflicting emotions in the crowd of police and reporters, Collins is persuaded to take the boy home. When Collins urges the authorities to continue looking for her son, she is vilified as an unfit mother and branded delusional. With the help of Reverend Gustav Briegleb (Malkovich), Collins confronts the city authorities and corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department to find out the truth."

it's a really tough one, i love Julius Ceasar and Twelfth Night and Anthony and Cleopatra and Titus Andronicus and King Lear and everything else he touched ( like the sonnet 'the seven ages of man')

but i think Julius Cesar is the most powerful for me. and my favorite part is mark anthony's speech after julius is murdered.
twelfth night is my first love though, thanks to school.

sorry the jury is out on this one.
plus the thing is, i only like to read it in it's original text (unabridged/translated).

hey guys, on a different note, if u like shakespeare, you'll like geoffrey chaucer's 'the canterbury tales'. it's a hard read, but very interesting.
Ohhhh I agree. I read the canterbury tales last year in My Senior English Class. It was soo good.I love learning about the different characters.
