So good and reliable intel says that… FIRS, NUPRC (former dpr) NMDPRA, NDIC and CBN are all on track for some sort of recruitment**** I’m just going to use recruitment to cover replacement or backdoor recruitment**** NCC recently gave out job offers, so there’s bound to be a few replacements coming from those who didn’t accept the offer. 2 Likes |

Itsrm: CBN, NIMASA, dpr, NNPC,etc. These are government agencies that pay very well and have good condition of service, yet na Northers full there. The last time somone blew whistle about illegal recruitment in CBN we all saw the number of Northerners that populate the recruitment list. One time like that I was at NDIC in Marina here in Lagos, omo U will think Hausa is the Lingua Franca in Nigeria with so many men and women in Kaftan and Hijab respectively who are staff coversing in Hausa at the Lobby. |

Kolabajo: I know people are eager but i want to understand that this NERC is not your first rodeo of advertised recruitment. Things have not changed it takes time ask ncdmb it took 2 years former dpr 2016 recruit took almost the same time. If you can’t be patient then I don’t think chasing recruitment with a government agency is your thing. A lot happen behind the scenes, to get approval, to meet with FCC negotiations, meet with the ministers, then the head of the agency will be bombarded, to deal with those ones, the board of NERC, NASS, defend budget to make sure there’s money for new recruits to get paid at a certain timeframe, get final list, go back to FCC for certificate of compliance etc all works with the time frame of those they need to seek things from hence the bureaucratic bottleneck Its not so straight forward or black and white as you think They may have a process plan but time frame can elapse and they won’t meet up and things keep getting extended My best advise is find something to keep you busy and distracted and when the time comes and you are destined to be picked you will surely be contacted but this anxiety is not it and it won’t hurry the process 5 Likes |

With all that you got as your supper brain, you are exercising the power of your ultimate brain IQ level on WAEC recruitment exam, when your mate with such IQ level are sitting for exams like...CBN, AGBAMI, TOTAL, NESTLE, NNPC, dpr, IMF, WHO, UNESCO, etc. And with your ( brain pass brain), you are showcasing your unequalled IQ level in an insignificant job recruitment like WAEC... Brain Pass Brain sir or ma, where were you when people are coming out with First-class degrees? Cos if your brain pass brain could get you First class degree, you won't be here competing with low IQ levels graduates that always apply for ordinary WAEC Job. NCDMB recruitment has gone the usual way. The last dpr recruitment was exactly same with this. After the whole process, it ended with secret calls and nothing more. Best ways of getting jobs in this country are referrals. One which you are called to come and take up the position. All these applications and interviews bruhaha are a waste of time, cos at the end it's an abracadabra. 13 Likes |

RepoMan007: Wagner is doing it's own recruitment separately. It will be impossible for the private military company to get 100k men let alone 500k. Russia govt is trying to raise 300k on it own. The dpr, LPR, Kherson, Zaprophizia e.t.c are doing the same on their own. All these men won't be ready until next year. They need minimum of 3 months of training. Even when they are ready, they will not be sent to the frontline. This is why... If you send 250k troops to war. 2/3 of the 250k will not be sent to the frontline. You need a substantial number of the troops to protect your supply line. In the case of Russia. The already controlled territories in the Donbas and the new territories the Russian took (Kherson, Zaprophizia & Kharkiv) were also manned by part of the 250k troops. Likewise the key infrastructures in those areas like Power stations, Rail stations, Nuclear plant, administration buildings e.t.c So only about 1/3 are sent to the frontline. That was why I said if the Russians have truly lost 80k. The Ukrainians should be able to push the Russians out of Ukraine entirely in less than a week. When these 300k troops are ready next year. The Russian soldiers, Chenchens, LPR & dpr e.t.c that are already in Ukraine but not on the frontline, will be sent to the frontline. While most of the 300k will replace them by taking over the protection of the supply line, the key infrastructures e.t.c. Then bit by bit, in the future the reservists will be sent to the frontline to fight through rotation. 7 Likes |

CaptainZubi: It depends on how deep is your connection. Here in the North especially NW and NE politicians have no option than to give jobs to idle graduates roaming the streets because now is the najor scale use to measure ones performance as a Federal appointee or elected officer. I have seen many lucky guys who were given jobs in those mentioned MDAs among others and they're from very poor family. There are other more lucrative agencies than those mentioned in Nigeria. However, the system of giving jobs to people who aren't qualified or don't pass through the recruitment process is a grave injustice. Level playing ground should be restored because many candidates who qualify to get the offers are omitted and given to those with connection, very unfortunate! 2 Likes |

NPR, NPA, dpr, NASRDA, CBN, FIRS, NCC , NDIC, DSS and so many more is riddled with corruption and is the perfect definition of why Nigeria can never get there . You barely even get to see any advert on recruitment but somehow, they keep recruiting. Between 2018 and 2020, CBN for example recruited 900+ staffs silently, nobody heard pim about it. Many of them others filled them up secretly in the name of “replacement.” Slots are usually reserved for kids and family members of ministers, senators , HOR members and other top politicians . It just make you wonder, how can a common man with good brains get these opportunity? It's just too bad, forget about this country. If you can't leave and seek greener pastures elsewhere where merit is appreciated, start your own business. 3 Likes |
