Thanks Seyewest! I have two older kids in Uni outside Abuja I asked them to scan their passport pictures to me. Then I can upload. And you say it’s same passport I need to submit, they will need to send me the hard copies.

upload a/any picture, as long as it doesnt meet standard, it will be bounced, then the "continue without a photo" option becomes active. Better yet, go to a photo studio, snap a US embassy standard photo, ask them to send/download it to you so you can upload it yourself. The earlier we all start learning to upload the photos ourselves, the better for us all because the submission of DS160 form "without a photo" model is being phased out gradually now. Cheers

Pictures uploaded already or you used the "continue without a photo option"? Proceed to "Review" page by page, pick "location", then Click on "sign and submit" or so if you are satisfied
