Nobody becomes the President of US Senate or Prime Minister of UK under the Guerrilla election circumstances that brought Saraki & Ekweremadu to Senate leadership. Even in Ghana, it can never happen. It is under the Nigeria circumstances that a simple majority can elect a Senate President of the nation in the absence of other key members while on a party assignment in a fashion similar to a coup but the impeachment must have the input of all the Senators because 2/3rd is required. That is not smartness but fraud. If he was popular, he should have allowed the likes of Senator Gemade, Abdulahi Adamu. Jeremiah Useni & others to be around before that kangaroo simple majority election.

If 2/3rd impeaches a Senate President, it implies that the house must be a full house, except voting by proxy is allowed which is still a total number of the Senators. If election of the new President takes place after impeachment, it then implies that the total number of senators that participated in the impeachment also participated in the election of the new President. That is why Republican Senators or Democratic Senators cannot be schemed out of US Senate Presidency election while on party assignment under guerrilla kangaroo coup manner.
