Firstly, I am assuming you see doctors as much as you are able. Anyway, if you have not tried these basics yet, try it now. Do not eat anything from the moment you read this for at least 24 hours (you can drink water (preferably cold boiled water)). Buy Epson salt and follow instructions during this short 24 hours Fast. If you are unable to get your hands on Epson salt, buy cabbage. Clean cabbage, blend it as finally as you can using water. Sieve blend, drink the green water and eat several spoonfuls of the trash. Alternatively, drink a glass full of trash and green water. If at any period you are able to ease your gut following any of these or some other methods, go on a Power vegan diet or Vegetarian one, meaning do at least two weeks of strict vegan or vegetarian diet. This last will also serve as a test to see if you are one of those humans that are meant to be Vegans or vegetarians. The evidence for this will be how you feel and how regular you are on this diet. In any case, from today on, drink blended cabbage/water juice at least twice a week and you will be Regular –all things being equal.

Honourable mentions: you can irrigate yourself by rigging up some DIY equipment consisting of hot water bottle (I’m not sure how the hot water bottle rig works but you can research it) or find and use some squeezey dish liquid bottle or A rectal "bulb" syringe. Your watchword here should be Hygiene; in other words, make sure everything including (especially) the liquid are as strile as you can make it with boiling, antiseptics and so on. Good luck.

After managing to go to toilet, I still feel the need to go, because I just pass out very small quantity of faeces no matter how much I eat, and how much I strain to push them out, it doesn't change.
I've tried incorporating fruits and I drink lots of water, I drink two satchet of water or more sometimes, I've reduced fried meals still no change.

I believe I'm suffering this ailment because as a teen I was always fond of indulging in late night meals, heavy meals like especially beans and bread, and my theory is that I've over worked my stomach, and upset the balance, I'm really suffering, as I type I'm not at ease at all...I'm always hearing noise in my stomach, lest I forget, I have been experiencing symptoms of ulcer for four to five years now.

Practitioners in the house I need your help on how to clean my colon of old faeces stuck inside my intestines, so I can be free, and feel light again, its impossible for me to lose weight because of it, when I don't eat well, I would get constipated for long term. And when I visit the loo, I would pass out very tiny stuff.

The religious, and the superstitious, would be quick to attribute the incident described in the above scenario to a spiritual influence.
However, fact is that the “unfortunate victim” is suffering from a sleep disorder called SEXSOMNIA.
Sexsomnia is a type of PARASOMNIA, just like sleepwalking, confusional arousal, night terrors, etc.
Parasomnias are undesirable physical events [such as abnormal movements and behaviors], or experiences [like emotions, perceptions and dreams], that occur in various stages of sleep.

The behaviours may appear well thought out, purposeful and carefully planned, following a coordinated pattern as may be seen in somnambulism [sleepwalking]; on the other hand it may manifest as a group of disjointed, purposeless movements and behaviours.

Whichever is the case, the sufferers usually are unaware of themselves, and their environment, during the process; are not easily roused [as they are actually in DEEP SLEEP]; and would not have any memory of the incident afterwards. They are more like AUTOMATIONS controlled by parts of the brain that function remote from consciousness.

In SEXSOMNIAS, parasomnia manifests as indulgence in sexual activities during sleep. It may be in the form of hip thrusting, moaning as if having an orgasm, masturbation, and in extreme cases it may manifest as sexual assault, and even rape proper.
Whichever is the case, it is important to note that the sufferer is not responsible for his/her actions. It isn’t premeditated, and how it manifests doesn’t necessarily depend on the person’s real life fantasies and mental preoccupation prior to sleep.
In an episode of the popular TV Series– Doctor House, a woman who claims not to be having sex, is manifesting symptoms of pregnancy. A pregnancy test confirms she’s pregnant, and a DNA test shows the baby belongs to her ex, who she’d broken up with some 6 month before, who however lives im the same building with her, 2 floors below hers. Investigation later shows that almost every night, she sleepwalks to the guy’s room, wakes him up, starts romancing him, and they end up having sex.

However, the next day she seems to have no memory of it, as she doesn’t even as much as respond to the guy’s greetings, let alone engage him in a conversation– leaving him bewildered as to why she keeps coming back if she still hates that much.
The above based-on-a-true-life story, which was re-enacted in Grey’s Anatomy, may help us understand not just sexsomnias, but also parasomnias as a whole. For instance, there’s a celebrated case of sleep-walking, in which the somnabulist, went to an airport, went through the motions of booking a flight, waiting in the departure lounge, boarding, and then flying to a destination–all while still sleeping!

Finally; it is NOT SPIRITUAL, people! If it were, it wouldn’t be treatable with drugs.
And oh, by “drugs” I didn’t mean “otumokpo” from Baba Ijebu; I meant pharmaceutical drugs like the Benzodiazepines [eg Clonazepam]. Evidence of this abound in literature.

The above were the words of Jesus on the cross about those who nailed Him there. He implored Jehovah , His father to forgive the perpetrators of the inhumane act. How much worse can it get? Imagine facing this same situation yourself, what would you do or say?

In life, people are bound to infuriate you, hurt you, cause you grief. What happens when such a situation faces you? Do you let go or decide to carry the resentment around with you? Research has shown that bottled up resentment and bitterness reduces a life span and mentally speaking it draws you down. You are in charge of how you should feel.

What situation are you facing that you feel it is impossible for you to let go? Have your lover recently broken up with you? Did your business partner cheat you out of a deal? Or maybe your spouse of many years abandoned you without looking back? It could also be your child breaking your heart.

There are countless scenarios that can play out which may cause you great pain or hurt. What happens when they arise? Forgive. Yes, it is that simple. Forgive them. Christ forgave us even while we were yet sinners so how can we not give freely what we received freely?

Just before you roll your eyes, it takes much less energy to forgive than to bottle up resentment and grudges even when you think the other party does not deserve your forgiveness.

The more you forgive, the more emotional and mental victory you attain. Unforgiveness is like bearing the weight of a mahogany table and expecting the other person to feel the pain,

Unforgiveness eats at your soul and rids you of the most important thing in life - Happiness. It robs you of peace of mind and a heart at rest. Even if not for anything, you must forgive because you were forgiven. There is no situation too terrible that you cannot let go. Remember the parable of Jesus about the unmerciful servant? Matthew 18:21-35.

You might ask, what steps do you take on the journey to forgiveness?

First of all, identify the action, the wrong that was done to you.

2. Remember wrong - doing is an act and does not condemn the doer.

3. Forgive and begin to let go of the grudges rather than dwell on them or swirl them around in your mind countless times. Thinking about it, over- analyzing the situation won't bring you healing. Slowly let go. One by one, shed it off. Reconcile with the situation. It is life, bad things happens and you must move on.

You need to grow and the only way you can move from the spot is by throwing away all bad loads, heavy burden that weighs you down. Trust me, grudges is one hell of a burden. Resentment and bitterness won't get you anywhere.

Forgiveness does not mean reconciliation so you must not necessarily be speaking to them after forgiving them, only make sure there is no animosity in your heart towards them and ýou can maintain cordial relations if you bump into them.

Forgiveness also does not mean you forget it ever happened.

Forgiveness is neither feigning ignorance of the situation or condoning a bad behaviour.

Forgiveness simply means you make a resolution to move past the offense and how it affects you.

It affects you more than the person you think you are holding it against. It is a journey to true recovery. Only when you forgive that you can wholly recover. Master the act of forgiveness, only then can you be truly free. It is putting a seal on the injury and taking away its power to hurt you.
