Let me narrate my own experience.

An Aunty introduced me to this chick. Never seen her before. I goggles her name and etc but found little or nothing really bout her. So I started calling her, the communication wasn't bad. She asked where I got her no from I said from my Aunty in the U.S. Etc. even my aunt has never seen her, she got to know about the girl thru her friend who is this babes Aunty as well.
So we set a date up. Said we'll do movies 1st and any other thing later. This was about 2 weeks ago. I sold my car few days before then. So we spoke before the movies and went online to see which movie and time we would see and how to connect and alas we where both staying on the island.in my mind I was like nice one at least I don't have to travel to see her. We picked an 8 pm movie. Then I told her I'm not mobile but will come pick her never the less. So I called her by 7 and also called an uber same time to come pick me then will head to her place to pick her up too. But she said we are already running late for the movie so she'll come join me at the cinemas. So I was like no wahala, see u at the cinema. Getting to the cinema I tickets for us then waited a little while. Called her to know how close she was and stuff. And behold she showed up and I was like whoa ! She wasn't looking too bad. Then I got her pop corn and water and I just water, she asked why and I was I already had a coke and not a fan of too much sugar.
The movies went on well we laughed screamed and had fun no too much talking. It was Jurassic World 3d. After the movie I suggested we chill out at a bar downstairs so we requested for a table for 2 and the menu. But the didn't have the cocktail she wanted so we changed and went to the next bar. I couldn't suggest any other place as I wasn't mobile and felt it will be wrong if I said we should leave for some other bar in her car.
The next bar had close to what she wanted so and I ordered a bottle of beer for myself I asked her to do alchol, jokingly oooo. And she said naaa, maybe some other time. She said she wanted wings I was like babe take all u want. She asked me why I didn't want some I was like I'm ok. We chatted well and laughed apparently she is a Yankee babe but works in oil and gas here. I asked for her bday, she said that's a wired question .... Don't know why. She asked were I work and etc. told her mine but she didn't tell me hers. I found out from LinkedIn about hers though. After some time she said she has to go so I saw her off to her car and asked her if she had a nice time and would want to do this again. She said sure she did and will do it again. I was happy (in my mind I was like I've found something serious) we spoke after I got home and the next day. And after that this babe has refused to pick my call again. What on earth went wrong. My cousin a babe told me it was wrong for me to go on a date without a car she said I would have at least went to borrow one. My elder bro was like this is when u know a girl will stay with u. I've sent her like 2 text msgs to no avail.
Can some pls tell wat I did wrong.

I wondered how someone who made millions in a month will be looking for how to pay his flight ticket I simply termed him a clown and they had to use their frequent sub ID to cry and you know those that you tell the simple truth and they see you as hating and they go to the embassy to get outright denial and never came back with their real ID

Thanks for ur response man. Just confirm from her that she owes $17600. It's for Spring alone not for the session. She hoped she would get assistanship during the Spring term but that never happened. Her question is whether it will be possible for her to work this Fall to get some cash and join it with what she has now and then resume by Spring. Just forget about the amount, is it possible for her to remain in US through the Fall term working? Will the school approve that?

Good day everyone. I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has contributed in this forum. Ve been a silent follower for sometime until now. I ve been making some research about doing MSc in United States and the responses and advice from this forum has really been helpful.
Here is my issue.... am a registered nurse in Nigeria seeking to do my MSc and also practice in the USA and a friend over there told me one of the best way was to come with a visiting visa and as soon as I crossed that the visa can be changed to student visa over there and then I can seek for an admission. I really don't know the possibility of that. I really will appreciate if great minds here can shed more light on this. Thanks.

She also said a friend would be doing his wedding wt a US citizen so d dude will be traveling with his grooms from Nigeria and he charged 1million to add me as one of his groom and then we go to embassy as a group so that the visa won't be refused I don't know if the price is a fair one or if I ve other option of getting a visiting visa would be cheaper. Thanks in anticipation.

Visa approved at Lagos consulate this morning. I was the first person to be interviewed at about 8am.
I was called at window 10 where a guy with plenty beard was.
Here are the convo:
VO: What are you going to the U.S for?
Me: Am going to the U.S for my masters in Engineering technology
V.O: How did you know about Middle Tennessee State University (mtsu )
Me: I did a research online using Google.com, gradschool.com and usnews.com to narrow my search to my area of interest.
V.O: How many schools did u apply to?
Me: I applied to three schools
V.O: Which other two did u apply to and how many you got admitted to?
Me: North Dakoda state university and Georgia Tech and I also got admitted in North dakoda (framed answer tho lol )
V.O: So why mtsu?
Me: Mtsu has a curriculum which fit in to my area of interest also there is good student to faculty ratio.. and I was fascinated about the research work going on in the department by Prof. Cheng which is on computer-integrated manufacturing (Vo was nodding like agama lol )
VO: When did you pass out from UG
Me: November 2012
VO: What have you been doing (As expected)
Me: I went for youth service the following year which I completed last year 2014,since then I have been working in an engineering firm.
VO: What is your responsibility at the work (expected that also )
Me: I work as a technical engineer which I perform electrical wiring in the panel,testing and troubleshooting of electrical panel.
VO: So you will be working in school (referring to my GA )
Me: Yes Sir. (I didn't understand the question initially )
VO: What was your undergraduate major? (Last question )
Me: Electrical Engineering.
VO passed my i-20 to me without my passport and was typing oo (for my mind I know e don pure ),he now brought out the pick-up letter and circled a location there that I should pick my Visa there. I said thank you Sir and I bounced out lol.
I was not asked to show any document and was not asked who my sponsor is (He saw that I got funding from the school ).
Wanna thank God for the favour and also to all the gurus on this thread shout out to the following peopale; msnas (Thanks alot ma'am ), slimmy05 (Always there to help ), innovateame (my tutor, I appreciate bro ), profojah (expecting yours too bro ), walspring and other gurus here. P.S my profile :GRE -300,GPA-3.15/4,I didnt take TOEFL.(I've got no super profile tho. I can't hide anything from people here,u guys are just amazing).

Its 4:08am here. I got back from work yesterday, was so tired and actually slept early and woke up at 2am today and I have been nairalanding since then!

I have missed my NL folks.
