Mobile phone battery is as far as every literate phone user is concerned the best thing that can make a user happy using his/her phone. Using a mobile phone whose battery is non-functional or weak is a horrible experience which every phone user hates very much, which in this case I have been a victim.
I consistently thought that licking the contact point of a phone battery is a very healthy way of knowing if your battery is still alive and kicking and also to test for the charge in it. This understanding is what I knew almost every phone technician thinks its good for phone batteries but on the contrary, I was amazed to find out just today as I bought a new phone, specifically Tecno W5 lite and I proceeded to read the guide inscribed into the phone so as to make a better user.

I was suprised to find out that the actions we take everyday (licking the point of contact) thinking its designated to detect the battery life was actually wrong. Licking the battery contact point causes short circuit, rusts battery and reduces the battery efficiency

A video that showed the moment a woman jumped to her death from the 12th floor of ritzy 1 Hotel Central Park on Tuesday, letting go from about 120 feet above the pavement as police tried to persuade her to change her mind and get to safety has surfaced online.

In the video footage shared online on Livelaek, the woman is seen standing on the window of the fancy hotel while police were also seen above trying to talk her out of committing suicide, buy she obliged and eventually let go, falling from the 12th floor to her death.

A woman identified as Rezia Begum has leg swollen to enormous proportions in a potentially-deadly condition, the victim’s right leg weighs around 60kg.

The mother-of-two, from Bangladesh, has suffered with the condition ever since the birth of her second daughter 18 years ago. Although it is unclear how Ms Begum’s condition affects her, she says she is now dependent on the support of her relatives.

Ms Begum said: ‘I was like any other normal woman but now I’m a burden on my poor family.’ Although she is being cared for at Dhaka Medical College Hospital in Bangladesh, she is yet to begin treatment.

Surgery and additional tests are required before therapy can start. The cause of Ms Begum’s condition is unclear, however, previous reports of other cases revealed the disorder can be caused by roundworms entering the body via mosquitoes.
