. A state is a political entity constructed to organize a sovereignty. It usually applies to federations and such. Since the UK was never a federation at any time (I might be wrong), it would make sense that there are no states. Lagos is a city. You are looking at it from the American context in which cities are constituted within states. Don't worry I hard problem distinguishing the too when I was like age 8 or something. However Lagos is a true megacity. Its just like saying Tokyo is not a city.

Usually newspapers put the age of a person next to their names. Its pretty standard. Also some of the pieces on you were Newsbriefs if you know what that means. I am not cocky though just confident. If you are famous good for you. I am more of the quiet type of person, I don't seek fame, but obtaining deep compassion for my fellow men.

Well, Of course London is a city because they don't even have States down there.

Its a city. Go and find the definition of a city. States and city are not mutually exclusive. A state is more of a political definition or categorization, while city describes urbanization and such.

. Then he was claiming smartness for doing so, not knowing I had figured out a long tym ago that something like that could happen even before I joined NL and so sought out to minimize the damage.

He even did some really silly things all because of an argument on NL. Some people are childish sha.

As I told chiogo, my though process like most geniuses is a century ahead of the average human.

Its not a fake age u know it lol. Usually when people start NL, they put their birth date unconsciously, then later in the road they can change it to N/A or 102. This was your age when you were still inexperienced on NL.

As I said my IQ is now three times yours hehe
