i dont think you understand the gravity of this situation. you are taking it lightly. if the girl was a reformed thief or reformed coccaine addict or reformed heroine user << these you can look past. but a PROSTITUTE ? what will make a woman decide to be a professional prostitute ? she has opened her leg for all kinds of degenerate sweaty smelly, short, fat, nasty, tall, armed robbers, kidnappers, old men, diseased men, agberos, men who have not washed for days, drug addicts, etc etc etc. THIS IS A SERIOUS CHARACTER FLAW THAT WILL MAKE YOU CHOOSE TO BE A PROSTITUTE.

There is a recently trending fad all over nairaland now that the ibos use in consoling themselves that Yorubas don't go out of their enclave in the southwest and as such, are less exposed. I usually reel out in laughter at their folly. Yorubas dont usually do interstate because we believe our region to be better than any other in Nigeria unlike some people that sees the southwest especially Lagos as their own London.

To give a few instances, there are lot of countries in south America where Yoruba culture and Language are most prominent, heck they even celebrate our festivals and revere our kings like the alaafin of Oyo for instance. What about benin republic, togo, ghana, south africa etc. In Benin republic for instance, you will find large communities of Yoruba speakers both of indegenous origins and those from Nigeria too. Don't even let me talk about the UK scenario. Now law enforcement in Uk are trying to employ Yoruba speaking individuals in Uk cos of the sheer magnitude of Yoruba immigrants in the country. We are found everywhere all over the world and we live all over as prominent citizens respective of our hosts and we go about it quietly without chest beating.

This are just few mentions just from my observations and not even a comprehensive analysis.

DSS is a complete disgrace for a secret service. Since GEJ lost the elections, they have completely gone comatose. The Organization has been without a spokesperson since may 29. Merylin Ogar was said to have gone on holidays or is it study leave, and no replacement was named to take her place.

How does any one in his right senses thing the new government can work with the old DSS. A DSS that was more interested in fighting APC than Boko Haram. DSS should be at the forefront of curtailing Boko Haram attacks, but they spent all their energies looking for APC's computers and INEC hackers, even when INEC stated categorically that their computers were no hacked and cannot be hacked.

All last second promotions in DSS and other agencies should be reviewed and those without merit should be demoted.
