(4)Economic situation: The economic situation and poverty level in this country is like 100°C of water. Most reasonable men will always first fight for survival before thinking of marriage. Some men may even forget marriage. They are sometimes reminded by their parents especially the mother. The key point is that will you wait for this set of people to approach you for marriage? Did you know it easy for men to wait till any age before they marry?

(5)Men are now aware of cheapest means/ways to satisfy themselves sexually. They know masturbation techniques, when to visit sexual workers and many other ways. I don't encourage this alternative means but I need to tell you they practice these things .And to tell you that you don't conclude in your mind to say to yourself that their urge will push them to you. What if their urge don't push them to yourself? I think their body and sex organ is immortal (just thinking)

Generally, the popular belief of man must always make the first move should be eradicated. And I am sure that belief will soon find its way out by the time millions of ladies are left behind.

(2) Aging/Beauty: The rate at which single ladies declined in beauty or age is exponentially increasing as their population. The show of beauty is not parallel with going unclad and displaying parts. Female are like flowers and they fade as they grow older. Is it menopause? Is it make up or bleaching cream? They will all fade and make your skin/face look horror when you grow older. So much to talk about in this area but I will leave it like that for another day.

I was really touched to hear the story of a woman who turns 45years old without a husband. I also listened to gossip coming from female colleagues about her. The woman is about to be sack just because of her strange behavior. I decided to come out with this pieces taking the above title. It just pained me when female refuse to make the first move when they see that they are going above 25years of age without husband. They preferred showing signs of which most decent and innocent men do not understand.
I stand to be corrected if the reasons are not genuine enough. I intend to hear your responses.

(1)Exponential women population: with the increase in population of female population in the world, Nigerian female population is not exempted. The increase in female population combined with a Bible doctrine of a man with one wife is already a challenge to single ladies. And this is a bigger issue for ladies waiting for the man to make the first move.

something came to my mind and I begin to think about the future. I begin to develop thoughts. I finally concluded to forty-five goals or wish list I need to achieve before I clock 40years, although I'm still in my late twenties. My wish list are:

(1)read,write and speak a foreign language fluently (French and Mandarin)
(2)learn a sport professionally (football, tennis, swim,basketball and boxing)
(3) fast for 50 days
(4) read 45 books (excluding academic requirements)
(5)run a marathon race

( engage in a regular exercise
(9)travel to to far east or to the most beautiful part of the earth
(10)read the entire Bible and Qur'an cover to cover and been able to quote them from my memory

(12)stop caring about what people think and just enjoy life anyway.

Good-day, I was among a discussion group with some ladies and guys in my place of work. That was during a break time off duty. And during this discussion, a man told a lady that there are a lot of things a man can do and woman cannot do. The woman responded and there is nothing they cannot do. The man quickly asked, ' Can you run naked on your street for money? And betting among the guys started and the other things that happened thereafter, I don't know.

your list is not conclusive though.recently I found out that even cooking food in bad cookware introduces poison into the food.the Regular aluminium pots when used to cook adds aluminium compounds to the food.Aluminium ingestion has been implicated in Alzhiemers disease.even the modern non stick pots are lined with plastic and rubber and formaldehyde is used to bind. Formaldehyde itself is used to embalm(imagine ingesting that!),even more so the plastic /rubber combination melts (producing PFOA) into food when cooking.Glass cookware too is not safe because they contain lead.
We all need to be aware and make proper corrections to avoid eating poison constantly.

I think ignorance is not only a disease, it is also death! Painting devil to be Jesus is not going to favour us. Knowing what goes into us is one of the wisest things to do.

Did you think all the poison mentioned above is made in Nigeria? Can your drug cure cancer? You know you are taking poison, OK? How are you sure that this tea can remove all poison? Can you be cured from arsenic poison?

I will not buy the product just for the purpose of removing poison, rather buy it to maintain my good health. Take arsenic poison and wait for 2mins, then take the tea, ehn?(lol).

We cannot grow bread. We can do away from bromate made bread. There are some non- toxic substance that can still be use to make healthy bread.

concerning the second point, I believed you are not ignorance about how to prevent damage to your body. Did you not buy some screen protector and other preventive measures, ehn? But this food, millions are still ignorance about it.

The conversion of glucose to fructose by the isomerase enzyme is not genetically induced (at least for the industrial process).

Did you know that some enzymes can be genetically modified? Did you know enzymes from maize can be genetically modified? Make your findings!

(2) HCFS(High Fructose Corn Syrup). This is made from modified corn and processed with genetically modified enzymes.

(3) Hormone-infused beef and milk: Most of the beef are fed with synthetic hormones. This is to get the most milk out of a beef. This has been researched to cause cancer.

(4)Arsenic laced Chicken: My brother/ sister, just ask any doctor to give you poison. The first thing that comes to his mind is Arsenic! This is the arsenic that is use to dress your chicken to make it

(5)Atrazine: This is widely used herbicides used in Nigeria. You may asked farmers if you don't know. This herbicide is notorious because of its ability to leak and contaminate drinking water.This affect the crops we eat. This has been link to lead to reproductive problems.

(6) Textured soy protein concentrated, carrageenan,maltodextrin, disodium, inosinate guanylate,modified corn starch. All these are basically names to hide ingredients that contain
either Monosodium Glutamate(MSG) or a form of MSG during processing.

(7)Coal Tar and Artificial coloring: Color additives such as red 40 and yellow 5 are created from coal tar and petroleum. Research has shown that that brand coloured food is not good for humans.

(Propylene glycol alginate (E405): This food thicker, stabilizer and emulsifiers is derived from alginated acid and esterified and combined with propylene glycol. Note that it has industrial uses including automobile antifreezes.

(9)Genetically Engineered food: Many fruits including pawpaw that find their way to Nigeria are genetically modified. Did you know many EU countries has banned anything genetically modified?

(10) Bromine/ Brominated Vegetable Oil(BVO): Some of your bread are brominated. This is what stop flavours from separation in sports drinks. The main ingredient, bromine, is a poisonous chemical used in flame retardant that is considered toxic and corrosive.............

Always avoid any kind of processed food. If you must eat processed food, always check labels of
