You will not get a refund of the application fee if you get a shorter visa or your application is refused. please what documents do I need to use to proof this? , Also the purpose of visiting is just to spend my annual leave with my friend. When I got the 6months earlier , I traveled at a later date in December 2019 as against August cos the visa came out 2days to when my leave ellasped

The duration of your visa is based on luck.
All I can say Is apply the same way you applied for your 6months visa but this time around apply for 2 years and don't forget to include your ties.

115k multiply by 2 months = 230k

230k cannot cover your flight ticket not to talk of accommodation, feeding, transportation etc

Your salary and Disposable income is low which means you can't afford a trip to the UK.

You are misleading them by telling them not to worry about their immigration offence in another embassy. Some schools in the UK will refuse you admission if you have refusal in your immigration profile

If u have been denied US visa in the past and u didn’t state it why applying for Canada you will be ban. So do Ireland if u are ban in UK there is Zero chance obtaining visa in Ireland I have the experience ok

I'm not disputing the fact that countries share database, that's why you don't need to hide your previous denial because it will lead to a ban.

Can you be punished for declaring a ban in another country ?

What was their infractions to be banned? Furthermore, did they use the same passport and declare fully visa refusals in their other applications?

Yes a judge can sentence you twice for the same offence if it turns out that you lied during your first trial to get a reduced/lighter jail sentence then you will reappear again for a lengthy jail sentence .

Let me ask you a question have you ever seen a visa refusal letter where it is stated that previous ban in another country is the reason for refusal ?
Except the applicant decide to hide the ban from the embassy.

You only get punished in the embassy where the crime is committed.

I'm very conversant with Canadian visa, already in the process, but the with covid-19 I don't think the ppr will come soon, hence I want to find out about getting UK visa to move with my family to work there. My background is PhD in Economics, less than 35. Can do any job there. Pls reply.

The two best route is:

Having a sponsor(apply for jobs in the uk) and study route.

There is no need for you applying for Ireland systematically you are ban from Irish also.I applied for Ireland visiting visa I was denied because I didn’t stated it clearly I was denied UK visa 2015,so please stay clear done go there

These are two different cases. From experience you can't be punished for one offence in different embassies if you are been truthful and you have a water tight application (working on your ties). On the denial letter it will be stated why you are been denied.

Yes, open company and savings account and pay your salary on a monthly basis for six months.
Make sure the account is not used for only deposit, run your monthly expenses from the same savings account and make sure you don't spend more than 2 months DI for your travelling.

And That’s the only issue i am having now bro, before applying again. How to write and support irregular flows on the account with documents before applying.

Its not an issue at least you know how to write a cover letter. After introduction prepare a table showing date, deposit, withdrawal and evidence (you have to itemise your evidence in the cover letter, so when scanning it will follow the same sequence).
Hope you have receipt collected and issued to your customers? That will be your itemise evidence.

I will still advice that you run your account for 6 months devoid of irregular transactions and limiting your travel expenses to two months your DI.

Tho i do make some deposit into the account every week with the business name I claimed i work as a depositor and there are other irregular flows because i uses my account for p2p trades

You can't get a ban as long as your documents are genuine but the issue is for you to know how to explain yourself so you don't get refused.

Nothing is impossible like i said earlier improve on your travel history and home ties. Apply to any embassy (excluding UK) irrespective of the fact that they share database or not but don't apply now so you won't look desperate.

Most importantly use genuine documents and be truthful.

Calculate 72 hours backwards to your departure time to know when to take the test.

Likely questions is dependent on the mood of the uk border force officer but most especially be current with covid 19 regulations in your host community.

You must be ready to write a cover letter detailing the transactions with evidence but its a 50:50 chance, if not written well.

To avoid story that touches the heart I will advice you make your statement of account straight forward.

Next year will be okay so you don't look desperate but make sure you are doing it yourself and with the right documents. Expect a lot of scrutiny in another embassy because they will discover your past and most importantly be truthful in all your visa applications.

Improve on your travel history to some visa free or visa on arrival countries before applying to Ireland.

The reason for denial is not flimsy, its stated that irregular deposit which cannot be verified. I will advice that you use your account strictly for salary deposit and take other deposit which cannot be explained or have unverifiable source to another account, so your statement of account can be straight forward.
