He's Munir by name and his number is +2348023454356.

Give him a call and try him out. I surely can vouch for him, but that does not stop you from sampling other guys to compare figures. I do that all the time with him and every single labourer who works on my sites.

@Naija Man - Thanks. Will buzz him up.

Cheers!

9ijaMan,

Reading through the chains of messages shows that you definitely know your stuff. Much love appreciated for taking the time to enlighten fellows. Really helpful for folks like me outside Naija.
Seems like you are outside Naija yourself - UK or US??

Anyways, would appreciate it if you can provide a rough estimate of what it would take to build a 10 room face me-I face you (5 on each side) bungalow in Epe area near the LASU extension campus. Better yet, it would be helpful if you can give a breakdown of the amount of blocks, sand, etc that would be used. Your response is much appreciated.

And all please feel free to reply if you have any information on this,

Thanks

Politics / What Do You Make Of The Democratic Debate - Obama Vs Clinton? by SegunTX(m): 1:58pm On Feb 01, 2008
Based on the Democratic debate yesterday, what do you make of it, who do you think won that debate? In my opinion, I think they both did well, but I still think Hillary is not that nice - it seemed too superficial. Maybe it is just me over analyzing the whole situation. Who do you think won the debate and why?
Politics / Is Obama Finished? by SegunTX(m): 1:40pm On Jan 24, 2008
You would have to wonder after the debate if Obama is still in this race. The recent ads run by the Clinton campaign further suggest him as another politician who is always flip-flopping. The polls seems to be tilting to Clinton's favor, Your thoughts?

Remember this:

When he was made,
They found something wrong with him.
They threw away
Like a piece of rubbish,
Into an old dark store room,
Then from outer space
A spotty man,
Brought him to life with his cosmic dust.
He took him to a magic cloud,
Where mother nature gave him special powers,
That bear became SUPERTED.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 7:13pm On Jan 22, 2008
@WoleIsrael,

I feel your passion about all this change issue, but your question
woleisrael:

SUGGESTION , I THINK HILLARY WOULD BE BETTER AS VICE PRESIDENT !!!
WHAT DO You THINK ABOUT THAT
And do you think her ego or her husband's ego would allow that.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 12:42am On Jan 22, 2008
@MCKren,

Like I said, I am an Obama supporter. Does it make sense for him to get to the pinnacle of it all and then loose out.

This is my take:
- If Obama is nominated, Edwards would probably become his Vice, and guess what they would loose. (Hillary has too much ego to settle for Vice).
- If Hillary is nominated, and someone else other than Obama is her vice, she would loose the election to the republicans (particularly McCain) because she doesn't appeal to the Independents and to the Youths who would most likely determine the outcome of the election.
- The only formidable combination is Hillary for President, Obama for Vice. That combination would defeat any republican representative. This would give Obama the much needed publicity to the whole world of what he can do, and prepare him for the next election.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 12:23am On Jan 22, 2008
@ McKren,

Absolutely right. You made wonderful points.
McKren:

Just have 2 points to make

1. Nobody runs for Vice President [s]though looks like John Edwards is positioning himself as Obama's vice[/s], but legally nobody does

2. Nobody is experienced to be President except they had been President before.

But then there are some things that are best taught over time. Hillary has spent much more time in politics and government than has Obama. That really may not mean much, but then it is something worth noting.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 12:04am On Jan 22, 2008
@ Liquidmind,

I am LMAO grin sorry to say, but you really do sound as though you have a liquid mind, ok just kidding but in reality, just because you wont get out of debt when the next president gets into office doesnt mean you should vote. I understand you cynism, but the fact is that this very mind set would not change anything either. You can keep doing the same thing and expect there to be a change. You gat to do something different (VOTE if you can, and while you can) and hope for a change.

@ Vigasimple,

So you mean to tell me that you sincerely believe that Obama can become the president of AMERICA, I mean AMERICA?? I am not very sure about that. Winning Democratic nominee may not be unachievable, but if he does winning the white house I think is a feat,

But as you rightfully said, only time would tell. So lets wait and see.

LMAO,

hehe, Edwards is a figure-head - that's why he's perfect for Obama! lol. Someone who can bring in not a huge crowd but just enough votes/support for Obama to win.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 6:01pm On Jan 21, 2008
@Iyke D

You are absolutely right. Nothing to loose, but everything to gain. And of course, now is not a time for Obama to throw in the towel. Give Hillary a run of her life and money. At least they would know that just because they are the "Clintons" doesnt guarantee anything for them.

And what do you think though about the mention of John Kerry for vice. Do you think he would take it. Remember he endorsed Obama for president.
Politics / Re: Obama Would Fair Better As Vice President? by SegunTX(m): 5:59pm On Jan 21, 2008
@JeSeoul,

I don't now it can happen that edwards and Obama would win. See my previous post. But now that you mentioned Kerry. That may be a very intersting name to fly around,
