speaking from a medical point of view,i think transgender people should be categorized as mentally unstable people.
the human brain tells enables us to recognize and identify things in our environment based on what our special senses perceive and this is interpreted by the brain.
for a person to see that she has breast,vagina and still think he is a man means her special senses are bleeped. same for a man that thinks he his a woman when he has penis and android morphology
